We are 15 minutes to Bar Harbor for whale watching, shopping and nightlife & 7 min to Southwest Harbor to experience a quaint traditional Maine town with local shops, lobster pounds, art galleries and dining. Beech Hill organic Farm is right down the road for ALL the best LOCAL produce, grass fed meats, fresh eggs, maple syrup and more! The farmhouse was purchased in 2017 and it has been renovated/updated to reflect it's original 1920's pristine glory. The farmhouse is on 3 acres with lots of wild blueberries you can pick in season and fun to explore! BRAND NEW 6 ft. cedar fence has been installed across the front of the property and a generator that powers the whole farmhouse for any island outages. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 full bathroom. On the main level is the the huge sunny farmers kitchen, dining room, living room and 1 full bathroom.
