Overlooking the Caribbean Sea with unobstructed, breathtaking views, the property consists of several spacious buildings/cottages and is settled on an enclosed private corner lot. Completely walled and fenced in, providing stunning views, new, endless amenities, and privacy for VIP's, families and corporate retreats.

This picturesque and serene place is nestled in the foothills and has an awe inspiring view of the ocean and the sky. Being there alone will dissolve weeks of whatever stress you may be experiencing. And, for those who are stress free, this place will take you to an even higher level of joy and mirth. Our team of assistants are helpful and engaging.

Very well situated behind Simpson Bay, close to the airport, lot of action and the nice beaches on the west side of Sint Maarten.

The property has all the good amenities, 5 villas totaling 8 great bedrooms with all updated bathrooms and comfortable beds, A/C units, spacious and clean.

TVs: Only the lower gazebo TV is network-connected. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property for personal devices.

💤 Guest & Bed Policy

Pricing is based on the number of guests. Each bed accommodates two guests. Additional beds are $200 per bed, per night. Your group always has full private use of the entire property — we simply close off any villas that are not included in your reservation.

The best thing is that for a big group it offers sufficient space, 3 common areas and privacy at the same time. It consists of 5 separate houses, with multiple common areas, pool, and veranda with lots of wind, an amazing view, Bar area with pool table, ping pong, fooseball table.

Recent Review

I stayed at Villa Seaclusion with a large group of 16 for a bachelor party. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The villas were clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It was stocked with everything we needed like pool towels, plenty of cookware and cups, and even charcoal for the grill. We spent all of our time hanging out in the awesome pool and the multiple outdoor areas as the view of the ocean from the top of the hill was spectacular. Robin and Jose were fantastic, quick to respond to any questions, and gave us some great recommendations for things to do around the island. They also recommended an excellent taxi driver. He was super nice and reliable, shuttled us around the island, and made our trip that much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend Villa Seaclusion to anyone looking to have a tropical getaway with family or friends on the friendly island!

When entering into this property through the beautiful hard wood gate door, you find yourself in an oasis of rest and relaxation. The gorgeous stonework by the entrance is "real craftsmen work" and sets the atmosphere of this beautiful property surrounded by tropical trees and flowers. The villa's kitchen was completely renovated in 2016 and turned out gorgeous! The kitchen has splendid stainless steel appliances, wonderful pull out drawers and walk-in pantry. Tiling throughout the villa has been tastefully done by combining the warm natural colors of natural stone with more contemporary bathrooms. Each room has large windows for natural breeze but is equally equipped with Air Conditioning units. The 4th bedroom in the main villa has large windows on three sides of its walls allowing various different views to come in: Ocean Views, lush garden views and views towards the kitchen and entertainment area of the villa. A great visual connection with the entire property, ideal for entertaining or quietly enjoying the Caribbean breeze.

Second large focal point of this property is the outdoor living and dining area immediately to the left and adjoining the kitchen when entering the villa. This terrace is partially covered and partially uncovered with an infinity pool looking out into the sea to enjoy the best ocean views of the property. The stone work again sets the tone for cozy atmosphere. A gazebo with an outdoor shower, bathroom and bar has pool table games ample space for big parties as well as a rooftop level with amazing views of the Caribbean Sea.

When occupying the main villa, you will never notice that there are 5 more living quarters on this property. The lush gardens and location of the apartments is done in such a way that each individual occupant has its privacy. Seaclusion is a unique property nowhere else to be found on this island and is excellent for those appreciating the outdoor living, the natural caribbean breezes, the tranquility and the specific atmosphere this property demands.
