Guests will have access to all areas of the property.

We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Villa Paradise View is not set up to be a party house. Villa Paradise View is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.

No smoking indoors. No drugs of any kind. No noise/music on the pool deck area after 11:00 pm. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are limited in the area.
