Open concept cottage on one level with a modern feel, excellent for gathering with friends and family in lovely Saugatuck, MI. Just a few minutes walk to all that downtown has to offer from art galleries, boutiques, shops, restaurants, and more. A short drive to the incredible Oval Beach of Lake Michigan or a short walk to take the chain ferry over to the beach.



The Space:

Gather around the fireplace during those crisp, cool months, fix a coffee or cocktail at the wet bar and have a seat on the wooded attached decks in the front or back complete with (4) adirondack chairs for your use. This one-level home has incredible natural light throughout, plenty of counter space with bar stools, and a large dining table with a serene view of the yard. Three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms allow for individual space, while the open kitchen/living area/dining area is ideal for sharing a meal or some laughs.
