- This 2-story cabin requires a few outdoor stairs to enter and an internal staircase to access the main living area
- There is not a dock on the property if you have a boat. You will need to find another place to keep the boat
- There isn't a lot of soundproofing or privacy in the 2 loft sleeping areas. If someone in the house is up in the morning, it may wake up the rest of the house. There are earplugs provided and sound machines in all sleeping quarters
- The river water levels are ever-changing, as are the beach and shoreline. Sometimes the water comes up to the grass, sometimes there is a 30-foot stretch of beach from grass to shore
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is by the back door, aimed at the driveway. Camera 2 is on the deck, aimed at the yard/shoreline monitoring flood management. The cameras do not face any interior spaces. They actively record video and audio
