Beautiful home with spectacular views and comfortable furnishings. The spaces well supported our group of 4 couples. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Home!

My family and I had an amazing time at Greycliff! The view is amazing, and the accommodations were impeccable! We spent Christmas there, cooked a great meal, and spent lots of time together with family! I would definitely rent this home again!

Wonderful house and great location close to the preserve. Our only regret was there was not a toaster.

From the views to the house itself, everything was wonderful. I might oil a few doors that creak when the sleepless wander at night - otherwise - perfect!

Excellent

This property is one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. The pictures do not show how beautiful it is. It is close to town, exceptionally clean and has extremely comfortable bedding and towels. The bathrooms are incredible. The kitchen was so nice that we chose the cook rather than go out for many meals. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

The house was breathtaking and beautiful. Very clean. The heat on the main floor didn’t work unfortunately so half my guests were very cold.

Moms 90th

We had family in for Mom’s 90th birthday. Maryland Wisconsin and NY were represented and this was an ideal location. The house was immaculate, entertaining areas perfect and it made for a great gathering.

Spring Break

The Greycliff was an absolutely stunning house with such attention to detail. Everything in the house was top notch. The spectacular views of the mountains and the location is perfect. The house provided excellence and an awesome space to hang out with family with great lighting and a beautiful gas fireplace. We spent Easter weekend there and if you like to cook and enjoy family this is an awesome space to enjoy each others company.

High End family home with incredible views

Our family of 4 stayed for a weekend. We have stayed in so many vacation rentals all over the world, this was by far the best one. The finishes in the home, THE VIEWS of shawgunk mountains from everywhere in the home. The house was fully stocked with anything you might need. 7 mins to New Paltz and many hiking trails. We had an amazing weekend and look forward to coming back soon

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay at Greycliff. The property is absolutely beautiful — thoughtfully designed, incredibly peaceful, and positioned to take full advantage of the stunning views. Every window feels like a postcard, and the outdoor spaces make it easy to relax and soak in the surroundings. What really stood out was the service from Home Sweet Hudson. The property management team was warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. From clear communication before arrival to thoughtful touches throughout our stay, their hospitality elevated the entire experience. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Greycliff to anyone looking for a serene and well-cared-for getaway.

Greyclifff

We really enjoyed our long weekend. It was a beautiful setting in the middle of a weekend snowstorm! We think it would be helpful if there was a binder with the manuals for some of the appliances and heating system. Both times we visited, we struggled with how to use the dishwasher and the heating system throughout the house. Thank you.

It was a great stay. We had plenty of room.The house was beautiful. I would suggest that they fix the dishwasher door. It needs a spring so it doesn't drop on a person. The bathroom showers were tricky to set the hot water temperature. This house could use a toaster as well.Seat cushions for the outdoor patio furniture would be helpful.

Beautiful house, great location!

Two families came up to New Paltz for a weekend of hiking, running and rock climbing. This house was great! It is five minutes from the Mohonk Preserve Visitor's Center in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views. The kitchen is big and fully equipped, so we were able to have meals all together. We brought a telescope for stargazing which was awesome because there is so little light pollution. Our teens played frisbee in the yard and chess in the house. Everyone had a wonderful weekend. Thank you!

Greyclliff reunion

Overall, our entire group rated this home very very highly! It was extremely clean, beautiful, and the location was fantastic. There were only a few small improvements that could be made from our viewpoint. One having a few extra towels available would be a nice amenity. Too having a toaster in the kitchen would certainly make things easier. As would a microwave oven. Other than that, we cannot recommend this home more highly!
