Come and stay in our spacious and chic one-bedroom condo. You ll find everything you need to enjoy Victoria, whether you are here for work or a vacation this will be a great place to feel right at home in the downtown core of Victoria. Steps away from historic Chinatown, you ll find unique restaurants and shops outside your door. The wonderful aspect of this downtown area is the rare and unique hidden alley ways that are right down the street from our suite!

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. King-sized bed and a bathroom with heated floors. The main living area has a comfy sectional couch, seating 4 in the dining room, a small patio with table and chairs to enjoy coffee in the morning and a well-stocked kitchen. The TV is is equipped for streaming, Netflix and cable. The cozy bedroom has a king-sized bed and another TV. There is a large closet for storage.

Staying with us puts you at the center of it all. With famous landmarks, including the legislature building, the Empress Hotel, and Craigdarroch Castle, within reach, as well as whale watching, ghost walks, and local festivals, guests are immersed in the city s vibrant atmosphere. Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 19 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. We ask guests arriving past the standard window to carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions before they arrive, as our support team is only available until 7:00 p.m. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening be mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine.)

Construction Notice: Guests should be aware that Victoria is a growing city, and there is building construction next door, which guests will hear throughout the day during specific times. This is at the end of the building phase, and most of the building is complete.
