Hi Denise! Thank you for stopping in at Blue Dolphin! Thank you so much for your thoughtful and generous review! We're thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the pool, the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and all the little touches that made your visit comfortable. It’s also lovely to hear that the long-term neighbor was kind and respectful—that sense of community really makes a difference! We truly appreciate your kind words about our team—we’re always happy to help where we can. And thank you especially for being so considerate in purchasing and leaving supplies for the next guests! As mentioned in our Q&A and Guest Charter, we do provide a starter pack of essentials just to get guests going, but your thoughtful gesture really goes above and beyond. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We appreciate your constructive comments, as they help us identify areas for improvement. We are pleased to hear that you found the interior of the house nice. Please note that many owners choose not to have heated pools in Florida due to the limited amount of time it's needed. When renting your next home, please be sure to check the listing to see if the pool is heated. We do have lots of heated pools in this area to choose from. Additionally, we are very sorry to hear about the ant infestation in the kitchen; we will address this issue with our pest control service to ensure it is resolved promptly. Thank you once again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide a much-improved experience.

Thank you for the great review! We are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay. We will work with the owner to action the items you provided feedback on. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
