A Perfect Getaway

The location and accommodations were awesome! Perfectly situated between downtown Steamboat Springs and the Resort, with free transportation just 100 feet from the front door to both. The condo was comfortable, quiet, and had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. And being just a three-minute walk from the bagel shop—what could be better? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and a return visit is definitely in our future!

Place was amazing. Clean and spotless. They have everything you could possible need in a stay especially when it comes to the kitchen. Could recommend this place more will definitely come again soon

It was perfect for our needs. The location was great, very clean, easy check in/check out (including adding an additional night on short notice). I would highly recommend and will definitely book this one again!

Great location!

This place was perfect for my friend and I since we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Our first morning, there was a momma bear and her two cubs right outside the window. The location was really convenient to everything that we did. The condo is not super updated or fancy but it had everything that was needed.

Adorable condo with new kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures as well as comfortable and clean beds. New flooring and couches! Some confusing light switches, but good to challenge the brain.

Everything you need and close to town

Great condo with all necessary amenities. Proximity to shops and town is great with essentials down the street. Our family had a great time stepping out the front door and taking the short ride down the hill to the bike path.

Family baseball trip

The communication with the renters was great and very responsive. The condo was spottless, with very comfortable furnishings. The price point was just what we were looking for. Our stay was perfect. I Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, cozy place with everything we needed. Bed and pillows were perfect and much needed after a busy day out. The location was amazing! Right next to the grocery store and not far from downtown and skiing. I hope this place is available for our next trip! Exceeded our expectations, we couldn’t have been happier. Host was extremely responsive and checked on us throughout the stay. Thank you! 10/10!

Great weekend

Great place to stay! Shuttle to downtown or ski loop picks up at entrance of condominiums. Super clean and had everything we needed. Games and fireplace were a plus!

Steamboat Springs Condo

Very accommodating host, and well-maintained property. While there was some very loud pounding on the last evening of our stay (led to disruption of our time in the unit, and a fan light-cover fell down on us in the living room) from the unit above us, the host dealt with it and offered deposit reassurance. Great access to the mountain via free shuttle! Beautiful views! Great outdoor hot-tub and again very good communication by our host, including proactively!

Great place to stay

We stayed here in February 2025 during heavy snow storms. This place was great. Nearby shopping and eating, close to the ski area, shuttle bus runs right by the front door. Condo is nicely updated and clean. We had 5 people and there was plenty of room.

Far Exceeded Expectations

What a great place in the perfect location. Everything is updated and it’s within walking distance to the grocery store and shopping. It’s also very close to the ski resort and downtown. We’ll definitely stay again if available.

Great Stay In Steamboat

The space was perfect for me and my 2 friends. Location was great because it was located at a bus stop that took us to the mountain and town. What you see is what you get. Definitely would come back.

Perfect Location and Great Updates

Our recent stay at this newly updated condo rental was simply fantastic. The location is excellent, close to both the slopes and downtown. The condo itself is beautifully designed, with cozy furnishings a great view of the slopes. The shuttle service to the slopes and downtown was easy. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the hot tub was easy to access and great for relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful retreat in the heart of the Rockies.

Awesome ski trip

The condo worked out perfectly for our group. We had everything we needed. Itrip staff was super helpful and responded immediately when we had any questions. We loved the shuttle drivers. We rarely waited more than 10 minutes and the shuttle app worked out great. Everyone gave us excellent recommendations. We will definitely be back

Great location for skiing/ bus route

We had a good time. The condo is simple. If you plan to cook you will need to be creative due to minimal pots and pans. The propoerty manager was very responsive, but due to me never getting a check in email or a check out email, but we did get a checkout email that was 4 days before our reservation ended. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet area and easy to walk to ski bus for easy transport to and from Steamboat.

Steamboat Condo

Simple clean property. For the price this was a great place. The master bedroom is big and the rest of condo was perfect for what we needed at a reasonable price. If you are looking for extravagant or spacious, probably not the place, but if you need a place to rest your head with a kitchen and living space while you enjoy Steamboat this worked great. Only issue was one of the tenants in the building was a little loud one night but quieted down before it was too late.

Superb Stay for Steamboat Skiing!

Condo was clean and had all the utilities needed for a ski trip. Everything was in working order. Maintenance did have to stop by once but they were quick and effective. Management was quick to respond any time I contacted them. Water pressure was strong, fireplace was warm, and the kitchen was stocked with all the equipment necessary for making meals. No spices though but City Market is literally steps away. The free city bus stops at the end of the driveway for quick mountain access and there are ski/board repair shops in walking distance. Hot tub was cool. Shuttle service was legit too! No complaints. One suggestion would be to provide a Bluetooth speaker/sound system.
