Come stay in our beautiful and newly built 2 story Villa with 4-Diamond resort accommodations. Enjoy vistas overlooking the Sea of Cortez from your wrap around balcony, including your own private pool, hot tube and children's pool or take a dip in one of the many beautiful resort style pools. Enjoy the many restaurants and bars that the resort has to offer, plus owner's discounts at the holistic spa and golf privileges. You will also have access to all of the Hacienda Encantada's resort style pools and amenities. You might even get the golden opportunity to see a breaching whale! Live in luxury in this indoor outdoor living villa paradise. With views from every spot in the home, concierge waiting on you hand and foot and even the option of a chief making your meals every night in your chief style kitchen, I guarantee you will never want to leave.

The Hacienda Encantada is located less than 10 minutes away from Cabo San Lucas. The Hacienda shuttle will be happy to drop you off and pick you off in Cabo San Lucas at anytime in the day.

The Villa books up quickly, so to ensure availability, please try to book 4 months ahead of trip. Please note that when planning your trip, the Villa can only be rented for whole weeks at a time with check in/out restricted to Saturdays or Sundays. Additionally, our calendar is always set to available given that the Hacienda Encantada has a collection of Villas that we can set you up in. For this reason, we do not allow immediate booking and ask you to please submit a request before booking.

Amazing stay!!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Hacienda Encantada. We started the accommodation search late for a winter break trip, and knew we wanted to stay in the Punta Ballena area as we stayed at Esperanza a few years before. We were delighted to find this amazing, well priced place right next door to the Esperanza resort. To be honest, overall we enjoyed our experience at Hacienda Encantada over that the prior trip - partly due to it being our second time in Cabo, but also we just found Hacienda Encantada much more laid back, relaxing and affordable. The Baratta's are amazing to work with from beginning to end. The communication was top notch with multiple check ins before,d during and after our stay. The place is exactly as outlined and is perfect for a family of 6. The backyard pool area was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a day or 2 going nowhere enjoying the quieter, chill scene at the villa, and then enjoyed many other days at the various pools.

Heaven on Earth!

It's heaven on earth! Clean house, with a open floor plan, plenty of rooms and beds. We had 9 and were very comfortable. Great ocean view were we saw seals and whales right in front of the house. Great location, From the house you can walk to all the resort has to offer, the resort also offers a shuttle bus that goes into town running many times a day where you have lots of restaurants and shops if you want to explore. Eating dinner on the deck watching the breathtaking sunsets is what life is all about. That is why we are going back every year.

Michael and Michelle Baratta have been married for 33 years and have two daughters. Michael is the founder and CEO of Fortress Brokerage Solutions, an insurance brokerage, and Michelle is a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines. Originally from New jersey, Michelle moved to Birmingham, Michigan where she met Michael and had two children. The family now resides in Atlanta, Georgia full time. In their spare time Michael and Michelle love to travel and see new places. Upon a romantic getaway to the Hacienda Encantada in Cabo San Lucas, the couple fell in love with the Mexican culture and area. Michael and Michelle decided to invest in a property at the Hacienda of which they come to visit with their now grown up kids as much as possible each year.

We chose this property for the beautiful vistas and spectacular services which is quite enough to relax but still close to the party. It is a great place to bring your family or just your loved one. The staff is exception and the property is newly constructed. We felt at home from the second we walked through the doors.
