Remodeled town home with 3BR/3BA and RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!. No streets to cross, no need to drive to the beach, just walk out your back door. Home has streaming with Direct TV and wifi. Convenient location on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach and less than a mile to Pier Park. Grocery store, CVS, and restaurants located across the street. Three reserved parking spots right in front. Unit has Reme Halo RGF Air Purification System which kills harmful microbials in the air and on surfaces including but not limited to Covid-19. This is a no smoking property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. No pets are allowed as pets are not allowed on this section of the beach. Violators will lose their deposit (see house rules). FL DBPR License #DWE1306304.

It’s hard to say anything but this is perfect for my family. The property is excellent and Dan is always responsive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more.

Perfect vacation

Our family has been going to PCB for several years trying to find the best balance between location, price, and accommodations. This listing and host are a great combination of all three! Accessibility to restaurants within walking distance, private beach access and enough space for everyone to not feel like they are right on top of one another made this a great trip.

We loved this property. Easy access to the beach, which was amazing. The beach area was not crowded like other high rise properties. We will definitely look at booking again. Everything we needed was there and more. We had no issues at all.

Perfect!!

The Flip Flop Zone was one of the most perfect vacations we have had with our family!! The pictures online were spot on, however do not do it as much justice as being in person! The host was fantastic! He sent the check in info early so there was no guess work and could be communicated with everyone. Any questions we had while there he responded to very quickly. The townhouse was stocked well with anything we needed. The back deck was heaven, and the Sunsets from the back deck- breath taking!!! Recommend this place 10/10, we will definitely be back!!!

AMAZING!

This place was immaculate. Everything in this condo was so nice and well decorated. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed there. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and by the owner. The owner did a very good job staying in touch leading up to and during out stay with any important things we needed to know about. Compared to other places we have stayed this was the most well stocked condo we have stayed at. They had plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook with if desired. They had extras of most everything from toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent etc. even though we had planned on needing some extras. On top of that they didn't require us to do a bunch of cleaning before we left like, just a couple odds and ends like starting the dishwasher and a load of towels in the washer unlike some places that require you to do a bunch of cleaning things before you leave. We are already contemplating going back here again we loved it so much! Highly recommend this place!

One of our best family vacations ever

We’ve been vacationing on the Gulf Coast for nearly 40 years. While the absolutely perfect weather for the entire week plays a great part in it, the Flip Flop Zone property did its fair share of good work as well. The property is in a great location for most everything. Shops, stores and restaurants are all within close proximity. There are high rise condos on either side of the row of townhouses, but they’re far enough down that they didn’t cause the beach to be overrun… granted, we were there just out of peak season, but I don’t see the high rises causing a problem. The townhouse was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and everything was well organized. Dan communicated well with us, including keeping us updated on the city’s work on a water leak outside of the townhouse. We had 6 of us… my parents, my girlfriend and her twin 16 year olds and myself. It was the kids’ first time to America and this was a great way to introduce them. We, sincerely, appreciate all of the work and effort that has been put into the property and the area. As I think just about every family does while on vacation on the Gulf Coast, we’re already planning next year’s trip … and the Flip Flop Zone is on the top of the list.

This is the place to stay!

We have been coming to PCB for 20+ years and this is the place to stay! The unit is clean, decorated beautifully and has literally everything you need! The deck is a nice and relaxing addition. Dan is great with communication and made check in/out a breeze. We hope to book again for our next family vacation! Jeri

PCB couples getaway

Condo was good sized for the six of us. It was clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication with owner was easy. Brand new gazebo on deck, made for nice afternoons and evenings outside. Decent location. Far enough from hotels, so beach in front of property was not crowded. Pier Park was 1.2 miles away. Many retaurants a short drive away. Pleasant walking area on beach both directions. Also went across Front Beach Road and walked in quiet subdivision every morning. Winn Dixie is walking distance.

Beach Trip 2023

We enjoyed our stay at the Flip Flop Zone. Pictures don’t do the beautiful townhome on the beach justice. Owners go above and beyond with extra touches to make it feel like home. Lots of room, covered deck, and the weather was perfect!

Home Away from Home

My family and I have been coming to PCB for 29 years now and this is the first time we haven't stayed in a hotel so we didn't know what to expect, but this was the best place to stay. It was a home away from home! Since we flew in to ECP airport the location made for a quick drive. When we arrived the check in process was also very quick. During our stay there was more than enough room for everyone (4 adults), it was right on the beach, clean, tall ceilings, had a washer and dryer, every appliance you could need, an outdoor grill, the bathrooms were stocked with towels, enough storage in the bedrooms & bathrooms to unpack our suitcases, there were extra blankets, pillows and even a foldable desk in the main bedroom my husband used since he had to do some unexpected work. The people who own this property thought of everything and it showed. We were all pleasantly surprised that the pictures were exactly how the place looked and would rebook in a heart beat. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas, but they did have those under the deck including floats and other beach toys. The communication between the host and us was easy breezy. Check out was quick and easy as well with clear instructions. We all had a blast and are looking forward to next years family vacation here!

Great Family Memories Made!

We recently had an amazing trip here where our family of 6 made memories that will last a lifetime! The owners are great, as well as the neighbors. We learned that several property owners live there full or part time, which made us feel a little more secure. Location is a mile from Pier Park and a minute drive from a Wynn-Dixie grocery store. Beach access was great, water was great. We loved the fact that kids could go in and out from the beach, so our whole family didn’t have to pack up ever time a kiddo needed something! Can’t wait to book again!

An amazing week!!

We loved our stay at the flip flop zone! The house was very clean and even better than the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need! We loved the feet washing zone before we got back up on the deck. The location was of house was perfect. It was close to everything but also on the calmer end of Front beach road. We can’t wait to stay again!

Right on the beach

Extremely comfortable and well equipped home with the beach out of the back doors. Very helpful host who made sure we were comfortable and warm due to extreme weather conditions. Home from home 😀

Perfect Spot in PCB

The home is lovely and very clean. The location and beach access is perfect - you are steps away from the beach and the deck is a great place to hang out and catch the sunset. You are also close to restaurants and shopping without being in the middle of it all. The host has thought about just about everything, as the home is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to PCB.

Yearly Family Vacay

We wanted to try something different for our family vacation this year (something other than a condo). We decided on a townhouse and was instantly drawn to this listing. We decided to book and everything was a breeze from there. Excellent communication, any and everything you could imagine was stocked in the townhouse, and we even got to check in early which was super exciting! We received the notification a day early we could check in by noon the following day. We appreciated all the wonderful things this rental had to offer and would 10/10 recommend!

Best Choice Ever

This townhonhouse exceeded our expectations!! Pictures were accurate & a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the deck at night while cooking & relaxing with friends & our kids. Before we left I was checking availability to book again!!
