Newly Updated Indian Pass Beach House with Pool & Beach Boardwalk

SEAHORSE SUMMER, located on the 'Old Florida' Indian Pass peninsula, is now available for vacation rentals. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom Gulf view home is conveniently located in the Indian Summer neighborhood right next to the Turtle Beach Inn on Indian Pass.

This vacation rental features easy beach access(right across the oyster shell road) and great Gulf views from both porches, one on each level. With four queen beds and two sets of bunk beds for the kids, this home can sleep up to 8 adults, although 6 is the recommended occupancy. The top floor of SEAHORSE SUMMER features an open great room and living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and large porch. The master bedroom, now featuring a SLEEP NUMBER and full bathroom are also located on the top floor. The great room area is equipped with a large TV, DVD player and CD player/stereo for your use. The lower level consists of two guest bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. One bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen bed, while the other has two queen beds. Wi-fi is now available!

Renters also have access to the neighborhood Gulf front pool with bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a boardwalk to the beach!

Come and experience the peaceful, quiet and beautiful Indian Pass setting in the secluded Indian Summer subdivision. Right down the road from the Indian Pass Raw Bar, great fishing, shelling, and beach bumming.

Perfect Beach Vacay

Even though Hurricane Debby threatened early on, by Monday afternoon the skies were sunny and clear and the rest of our week was FANTASTIC! Seahorse Summer is the best house for a family getaway; it lacked nothing!

Great weekend

House is tier 2 from beach but felt like a tier 1 coz there was no house in front of it blocking beach view. Community pool was a big plus since beach was choppy and hard to swim. The community had locals so not touristy which was perfect. Would stay here again

End of summer getaway

Seahorse Summer was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was a beautiful family friendly home. The kitchen was well stocked. Open layout of family area was great. The view was spectacular. A short walk to the beach & wow - it was breathtaking. This was a great end to the summer for a family getaway. Our host was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this location.

Wonderful vacation!

Perfect Indian Pass property! Super short walk to the beach and pool. We have an 18 month old so that's very important to us! Very clean, super comfy beds, tons of kitchen supplies/outdoor supplies. Beautiful white sandy beach! Most favorite thing was the commercial size ice machine, never had to stress about filling up coolers or drinks, such a treat! Overall it was one of my favorite places ive stayed in the area - thank you!

Port Saint Joe stay at Seahorse Summer

Secluded and Family Friendly

The house is even better than pics show! Location is like a small town secluded vibe that is family friendly and quiet. You could sit on the balcony and not a sound would be heard except the waves. Short, easy walk to the beach which was not crowded at all! Like having a private beach experience. Excellent for families with small children and large families! Kasey was an excellent host and felt more like a friend than a host. She was only a text away and wanted to make sure we were having the best time! We will definitely book with Seahorse Summer again!

A Great Vacation!

Everyone had a great vacation! House was clean. Check in and Check out was easy. Owner was great to work with. The Beach was close and fun to walk around. Beach was not crowded. Which is nice! People were very friendly. There are 2 towns close by: Port St. Joe and Apalachicola. Port St. Joe has a grocery store and good donuts. Apalachicola has several small shopping stores to walk through. Several places in the area to buy seafood. Really enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing

For me, there were a lot of stairs which was rough on my knees BUT it was the perfect situation for my son and his family. The baby gate at the top of the stairs was a pleasant surprise because of my 3 year old grandson and 12 year lab/chow mix dog. There were other pleasant surprises too numerous to mention but all added to a wonderful week's stay!! Thanks!!

Unmatched Hospitality

Based on the description, we knew the property would meet our basic needs as far as bedrooms/baths, proximity to the beach and pool, but when I say we were blown away at the level of hospitality available...I mean we were BLOWN AWAY. From the grill and fryer to the ice machine and hoses, everything about Seashorse Summer made our lives easier. They have sand toys, pool toys, house toys, baby pool, baby seat, spray for the sand flies, condiments and kitchen utensils galore, chairs inside/outside/below deck, easy parking, easy access to extra bedding/towels, laundry room right next to the door...honestly, even the water pressure was phenomenal. As a family of six, vacation is always fun, but to be honest, it's always a lot of work for my husband and I, but the over-the-top thoughtful amenities available Seashorse Summer allowed us to truly rest and enjoy ourselves. P.S. Didn't even touch on the decor, which was spot-on, gorgeous and deserving of it's own rave review!

Favorite Family Beach Vacation

Indian Pass is our new favorite beach destination! Quiet, secluded, dog friendly. Seahorse summer is so close to the beach, had everything we needed, loved the restaurants in Indian Pass and Apilachicola. Fun family trip to the park on Cape San Blas. Kasey was super easy and friendly to communicate with. The house was very comfortable with plenty of space - we told the kids they can bring friends next time! We are excited to visit again in the near future!

All you need is suitcase and groceries.

This house exceeded our expectations. The rooms are great size with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We packed things for the beach but the house already has everything you need for a day on the beach from chairs, to umbrellas, to beach chairs, and even a commercial ice machine. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked with great pots and pans. Not to mention all the dishes and silverware. The appliances are even updated and nice. We truly enjoyed our long weekend stay and can’t wait to come back.

Best Beach House Ever!

This home is beautiful and had everything we could possibly need! The decor is lovely and beachy! The view is fantastic! As I was told by the owner due to hurricane Michael they lost a lot of trees on the beach but the upside is it's like the house is right on the beach because of a huge clearing of trees. You can look out from the balcony and see the waves rolling in! The board walk to the beach and the pool is a stone throw away from the house which is really nice! Owner was super attentive and gave us great recommendations for the area! Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!!

Port St Joe Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay. Kasey was a wonderful host who responded quickly to all of our questions and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The house is well appointed, stocked and decorated. The balcony view of the ocean is wonderful and we could see dolphins playing while we enjoyed our coffee and we spent time in the evenings there watching the sunset with cigars and cocktails. We had the neighborhood pool to ourselves and the beach was not crowded at all.
