I rented this condo for a sister's week. 4 Sisters who love the beach. The condo had everything we needed with a view that was amazing. beach towels, full kitchen, two bathrooms and a fabulous, covered patio for sunsets. We hope to return soon.

The location was amazing. The property was beautiful. We loved the direct access to the beach. We also loved the pool and hot tub.

Unit was nice, clean and well equipped. Great view of the ocean. A couple of cabinet doors in kitchen were missing/need repair and laundry room bifold door needs repair. Main issue was that 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service the entire 2 weeks, and the other was clunking and went down for part of 1 day. Apparently, this is a regular occurrence in this buildingOverall, we had a very enjoyable stay

View was great! The floors in the unit are the cleanest/shiniest I've ever seen! Very clean! Kitchen was well equipped, good starter kit didn't have to buy anything but food to get are vacation started. Furniture was nice but not the same Furniture that is in picture. Could use some more seating.The door was not locked when we arrived. The lock was not a smart lock. Some times not easy to lock when leaving. We had concerns about safety for there was no extra lock on the inside. With it not being a smart lock we had wondered how often code was changed. We would of felt better if there was a chain or deadbolt for the inside.

The condo was exactly what we needed for our family vacation for fall break. We loved the views from the 9th floor of the condo looking directly over the gulf. It was quick to get to the beach or spend time at the pool. There is a restaurant directly across the street but we did need to drive a little bit (5-10 minutes) to find places more kid friendly which wasn’t a big deal.

Cheer Youth Summit Trip

We were in Tampa for Youth Summit and had an aunt and cousin come in also. The condo was perfect for our family and the views and ammenities (pool and beach access) were fantastic! There were restaurants across the street and just down the road. The condo was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. It was about 45 minutes to the Tampa Convention Center.

No internet to television so we could log into any of our accounts to watch certain shows but we make it through.

Could have been better

Rental/management company very responsive but we had a lot of trouble with the lock malfunctioning and out tv was not working properly. The cable box kept cutting out while we were watching. Please advise owner that a new Spectrum box would be a good idea and the lock is tempermental

The condo is perfectly located. The condo itself needs a little TLC. weathered cabinets, refrigerator has broken seal and very poor lighting in bedrooms. The property area was very well taken care of but, there was only one elevator working during our entire stay and the one working elevator had an inspection sticker that exp. 2009 when I pointed that out the next day the entire certificate was removed from the elevator wall. However, it is clean and the owner provides beach chairs, boards, and other beach amenities for travelers. My overall experience was enjoyable.
