The condo is a 3rd-floor end unit with expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and Poipu Coastline. With the parking area located on the second level, there is only one flight of stairs to the condo. The owners have equipped and decorated the condo as they would for their own enjoyment, so it’s much more than the typical rental. You won’t find better views, and a heated swimming pool located right below overlooks the ocean.

Poipu Shores 302B is a designer-decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo that is lovingly cared for and maintained. It accommodates six guests, all in their own bedrooms. Beautiful Hawaiian furniture and decor are found throughout the condo. A large 65-inch flat-screen TV, cable, and Netflix are included for your entertainment, as well as air conditioning and ceiling fans. High-speed WiFi, which is private to 302B, is also provided. Ice chests, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys are available, and snorkel equipment, boogie boards, and surfboards can be rented nearby.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite private bathroom and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, with windows that open onto the balcony overlooking the ocean and crashing waves. A portable crib (pack-n-play) is available upon request.

The property is professionally managed by on-site support, and the friendly staff feels like family. Housekeeping washes and sanitizes all linens off-site, so the included washer/dryer is exclusively for guest use. While numerous dining opportunities are available nearby, the condo has a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home. The community gas BBQ area is conveniently located and very well maintained.

Poipu Beach and Brennecke Beach are just a 5-minute walk away, offering swimming, snorkeling, body surfing, surfing, and open-water swimming. Shaved ice and snacks from Brennecke’s Restaurant/Deli are available through a path and private gate access from the condo.
