We had a lovely time while at your property. The granddaughters loved the pool! We left a styrofoam cooler for your future guests when making day trips. A few suggestions: (1) add a paring knife to the utensils drawer for better meal prep, (2) more bath wash clothes would have been beneficial, and (3) one of the bath towels actually had holes in it and should be replaced. One granddaughter was looking forward to sleeping in the little loft space, but when she found food wrappers up there she changed her mind because she wasn't sure the bed was clean. Even though I mentioned a few minor items, we had a really lovely time! Thank you for renting your space with us as it was close to the family we visited.

The house was great and served our needs. Great location and outdoor space. The mattresses could use an upgrade, they were not comfortable.

From the owner: "I am sorry to hear you were not happy with the mattresses. I have had mixed reviews on them. Some people say they are very comfortable, and others say they are not. I have only had a few comments either way. I do visit the home myself periodically and test them out. I will certainly upgrade when it seems necessary. I do try my best to keep the property top-notch at all times."

Location! Location! Location!

This property was located in a nice neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and Peoria sports complex. The house itself was very clean and set up well. The outdoor space was lovely too. Attention to travelers needs like coffee and laundry detergent was nice. I would stay here again!

Great house nearby USA baseball tournament

We enjoyed staying in this house while in Arizona for USA Baseball National Championships! We enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy the AC after games in the sun and heat. Thank you!

This house was great for our visit to Arizona to see and be with our grandchildren. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and extras. The hot tub was fun. The pool was cold but that was expected for winter. But it made a fun polar plunge. The only thing I wish we could have used was the garage because it rained a few days and it would have been nice to not get presents or food wet. Overall a great time and I would definitely stay there again.

Just what we needed!

I was very confused at first when given the guest contact because I reached out to them and come to find out they switched it on me. It all worked out and our contact was so helpful and quick to respond. The house was just what we needed after a hot morning at the baseball fields. The pool was amazing. The house had everything we needed. The location was great! Definitely adding this to my favorites! Thank you!

From the Owner: "I am sorry for any confusion. As the homeowner, I want to provide the best stay possible for my guests. Unfortunately, since I do not live close to the home I have to rely on a property manager to assist me. At times this may require changes to assure top-notch service to my guests. I will continue to do everything possible to assure my guests have the best stay possible. Hope to see you return."

Nice house good locations

The house was nice with a few exceptions. We felt that all the rugs and carpets could use a good cleaning, the mattresses were uncomfortable and we ran out of propane and it was not replace like we asked. We left a new coffee maker because we did not like the kergig..The location was very nice to shoppi g and Periora stadiums, entry was very easy, and we enjoyed the patio and firepit (while we had propane.).

House looked a little bit different from the pics (chipped sink fixtures, damage to primary bath wall from a missing towel fixture) The one thing that was disappointing was the mattresses were not comfortable.

Nice home and good communication with host

The home was mostly as described, although the pictures are a little misleading as there’s not a whole lot of natural light that comes into the house. As someone who really enjoys natural light, this was a disappointment, but completely understandable as these homes are built to keep the heat out. We had some trouble with the lock, but Samantha was amazing at helping us get in quickly once we arrived. It was nice to find a basket of treats waiting for us and the house was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed and we found the pool incredibly relaxing after a day at the baseball fields. Overall, it was a good stay.
