This property is stunning. We had our while family (14) and there was plenty of room. Beds are comfy. Love all the king size beds. So much room for everyone to be. Kitchen is fully equipped and information on what is provided was communicated ahead of time. Such a quick walk to the beach, quick drive to Destin, Seaside or Rosemary. Sunset on the beach was amazing. Great communication when we had any questions. Don’t hesitate to book this.

We had a great time. House was just as pictures described. Plenty of room for us, we had 7 adults and 2 children. We knew we were there during peak season and opted to used the convenient state park for beach access instead of the public beach access.Convenient to restaurants, grocery etc

This was a very comfortable house. The beds were all top notch. Furnishings were well done. We spent some time on Amazon finding things that we needed to buy because we liked them so much. We liked the layout of the house, also.We decided to rent bikes instead of a golf cart and that was a great decision! The beach is a trek from this house and the beach access nearest (access 48) is crowded like a can of sardines. There are not nearly enough parking spaces for the amount of people wanting to use this access and we saw lots of golf carts with parking tickets on our first day. Plenty of bike parking, though! We discovered that beach access 47, just a little down the road, was much, MUCH, less crowded so we rode our bikes there on our last day and that was much more enjoyable. We also loved being able to ride our bikes to Stinky's Fish Camp and the bait shop every day. (The daiquiris from the bait shop travel well on the bike!)The trek to the beach is long when carrying all your stuff and the closest beach access is SUPER CROWDED.You have to drive to go do any shopping. The most popular and scenic shopping areas are a long drive away. (Read: Watercolor: 30 minutes, Rosemary Beach: 1 hour) Because....traffic!Also, parking it really tight here at this house. We only had 2 vehicles so there was room for them and the biles but I don't think a 3rd vehicle would fit. A golf cart would have been a really tight fit!

The place is stunning. Ample room to feel far away from each other. White tall walls and comfortable seating. I did not like where it is. You have very limited parking. You will play Tetris with your cars. It’s very small roads almost as alleyways. Pool is a walk away. No big deal. I enjoyed the back porch plenty. I was later told that a hot tub was just installed and there was going to be an upcharge if I wanted to use it. Not sure if that was it, or a way to squeeze another dime off? I seen worse landlords!! I would go back with a large group but with one car. I swear tht was the biggest ordeal. Oh. And the HOA are crazy! They literally bug my because they could see the trashcan from the road. I said. I’m sorry if my disabled wheelchair bound brother can’t go into the house!! They can suck it! One last thing, they were building more next door. So some noise at 6 am. And we did saw many bugs coming in. Black widow decided to use my empty suitcase as its new home. Ants!!!

We're so sorry to hear about the issues with the HOA, and that they complained regarding the trashcan being moved off to the side so your brother had space to maneuver around and get into the home easily.
