The only thing I'll say is there wasn't a can opener and a toaster which totally threw a wrench in my food plans. Everything else was exactly as advertised. Definitely recommend hehe also the heat didn't seem to work very well.

Nice hideaway with an ocean view through the trees. While the interior is spacious and can accommodate extra sleepers, you are tucked in with permanent residents so you will have to drive to town or the beach to have room to wander about. Seal Rock is a tiny little town but fun to explore.

Clean and good location . Good communication. Had several things that were not working correctly and if fixed would be better. Neighbors like to stare out window a lot so not much privacy . More property specific "rules" and items would be nice . Less mystery involved in finding things like the key to unlock hot tub etc. No things like coffee, salt, pepper, etc so bring what you need.

This was a very cute studio to rent, very quiet and quaint. It was very clean and the host very communicative. The place had no toaster and one hot plate so not accommodating for cooking in. It is pet friendly but not pet accommodating as there was no access to a yard and no place to really walk the pet. It is close to some local shops and not far from the beach. The stairs can be challenging as they get wet and are slippery. The dirt road to the place was a little rough with pot holes and ruts. We enjoyed staying there as it was close to friends.

The kitchen is very minimal , so do not plan to do very much cooking. We enjoyed the distant ocean views and sounds of the sea, though.My biggest complaint is the surprising and dangerous absence of adequate lighting on the outdoor steps/ deck. The decking material can be slippery when wet. There is no motion detecting lighting or nonskid on the steps. My partner stumbled painfully.

Beautiful Bungalow

We had a wonderful time! The bungalow was as described and we were not disappointed! The hot tub was an added bonus!

Weekend

Had the place overlooked the ocean it wouldve been perfect. Other than that, it was wonderful, restful. The jacuzzi couldve been warmer. We needed the get away! Thank you for having us. We will be happy to tell our friends and family about this location

Great value. Very comfortable.

All-in-all a good location and very homey apartment. Comfortable bed. Owners need to have written instructions for the mini-split heater/AC unit and it should be turned up a few hours before renters arrive as it took 4.5 hrs to heat the place and that was only after we watched a YouTube video for that specific unit to figure out what all the symbols on the remote represented.

Needed getaway 😌

This VRBO was perfect for just my husband and I. We walked to the Luna by the Sea restaurant both nights as well as getting fudge. Both are a must! The Pomegranate Mule..... Yummmm! On our walk back both nights the chickens at the bottom of the hill followed us back up. View is spectacular!!! Thank you!

Not worth the price

My husband and I paid close to $600. The apartment got so hot at night, the AC did not work, there was no fan and we couldn’t open the windows because there were no screens. Also in the bathroom the vinyl on the counter was being help on by a bandaid. Overall the stay was nice, we enjoyed the hot tub and the views but I do not think the stay was worth the price.

The property does not list AC as an amenity and had we been notified of your discomfort, we would have happily dropped off a box fan.
