Decatur House 201 is an ocean view condo located on 12th street and the boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is newly renovated with a furnished balcony that has views of the Atlantic Ocean and the famous boardwalk. It is the perfect place to call home for a few days or a whole week, while enjoying the beach, boardwalk, indoor pool, local restaurants, entertainment, and shops. This unit comfortably sleeps five people with a queen-size bed and a single bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Property rents any 3 nights all season.

Decatur House 201 has the following amenities: indoor pool, one reserved parking space, an elevator, TV, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, stove, disposal, dishwasher, ceiling fans, and an outdoor foot shower.

Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and all paper products. There is a washer and dryer located in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/vaping. Smoking on balconies and in common areas is prohibited by the building management. Smoking is allowed in the parking lot only.
No pets, please. The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
