Ocean view 2BR/2BA villa on 3rd floor at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. Villa is close to elevator. It is approximately 100 yards from beach. Great view of ocean and pool from the balcony.
Upgrades include new carpet in bed rooms, walk-in shower in master bath, flat screen TV in living room and master bed room. Master bedroom has King size bed. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resorts has 10 lighted tennis courts, picnic area, ocean front pool, playground area and fitness center.

Spring Break

We have a great time and we enjoyed our stay , a few problems but that’s normal and the Host is fast and very helpful. The cleaning crew could do a better job the Host made it right and we will be staying again.. view is good ,smack pool is right beside the condo so it was good for after dinner for the kids

Fun family time!

Great location! Needs updated with improvements on cleanliness, mold in bathrooms, more towels otherwise great place to stay and enjoy awesome vacation.

Beautiful condo with a great view

Had a wonderful time on Hilton Head. The condo was just perfect with all amenities shown. I will definitely be back and would stay here again.

Dirty Condo

The condo was not very clean! The floors and furniture were dusty, the walls were in need of a coat of paint, the ceiling fans were filthy, the balcony furniture was dirty, the kitchen cabinets were a mess with opened food inside, and the bedding smelled like mildew. Also the hallway to the door smelled like mildew. The weather was amazing and our overall stay in Hilton head was great.

Excellent stay here!

We had a wonderful get-away here. It was relaxing and peaceful. Easy walk to beach and pool and easy distance to all Hilton Head has to offer. The apartment was very comfortable and furnished nicely. The perfect place for the two of us—highly recommend!

Great location

Wonderful long weekend to celebrate New Year 2024. Short walk to the beach and within walking distance to Sports Bar and restaurant. Friendly staff and 24 hour security. Lovely ocean view from balcony. We’ll definitely stay here again

Near the pool and elevator, but get very quiet nice ocean view and plenty of room for family of 4 with teen boys.

Great long weekend

Perfect location for a long weekend babysittting my 3 year old grandson. Condo even had some beach toys available. An easy walk to the beach - even for a 3 year old! Would stay here again.

Great rental with wonderful views! Had everything we needed for our quick getaway!

This rental was perfect for our family of four’s long weekend getaway! Nice, new furniture in the living room and comfortable bedding. We also appreciated having beach chairs and toys to use. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Owner was very quick to answer questions.

Get away at the beach

Good beach location, access to the beach was very good. Good beach view from one end of the balcony. Needs work on the master bath shower floor and deep cleaning. The resort had several restaurants on site that were good, like Coconut Sports Bar and Jamaica Joe'z Beach Bar.

Nice condo for a weekend getaway

Condo complex is a little dated, but that doesn't bother me as long as it's clean. A little dusty, especially the vents and under furniture, but overall clean. Good communication from owner. Only includes one parking pass (have to pay $35 for an extra pass), which was a bummer, but not a deal breaker.

Great stay

I rented this unit for my mom, brother and nephews. They loved the place and said it was clean, nicely furnished and great location. The beach was a very short walk and the complex rents bikes, and has tennis courts. They did comment that the wifi didn't work well for them but everything else was great.

Beautiful ocean view

This condo met all of our needs and it was as described. Great communication with owner. You can't beat the location. There was even a resident alligator. We did replace the boogie board and the beach cart had a broken wheel. For the price and location we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The view from the balcony was great. We enjoyed being able to see the ocean. The condo needs updating but everything was functional. The condo could use a thorough cleaning.

This was the worse space we've ever stayed in. When we walked in the smell was really bad. It was an over powering musty meldew smell. We bought air fresheners to place throughout the space. It helped a little. The unit was really outdated. Neither the oven nor the cooktop worked. The icemaker was broken. There was dirt on the floors. We contracted the owner to let him know how disappointed we were. He sent someone out the next day to look at the stove, but it wasn't fixed. We had no way to cook the food we bought. It was the first time in the 10 plus years that we've vacationed in Hilton Head that we've had a place like this one. So disappointed!!! I will be paying attention to the reviews before renting a space from now on.

Fun times in HH

Great location. The pools were great as well as the tennis courts. We rented bikes right at the resort for the week. And we tried out the pickle ball court. Very fun. Plenty of space. Nice living room. Loved how this is close to everything. This owner was very helpful. I ask a lot of questions!

Great location but unit was not to my cleanliness standards

Unit location was excellent. Very short walk to the beach. The unit reeked of cigarette smoke and was supposed to be a no smoking unit. The unit was very basic and could really use a renovation. I have used VRBO many times and I always appreciate owners that do extra things to make your stay more enjoyable. There was none of that with this unit.

Hilton Head Getaway

We were looking for a quick getaway weekend to Hilton Head and this condo was great! Although the building is a bit dated, its location on the island is ideal. Inside the condo some of the original materials (faucets, etc) have been updated, and the rest has been given a paint makeover leaving it with a beachy feel. The broken recliner from other reviews is gone and replaced by a matching sofa and love seat set that has a comfortable foam mattress. The kitchen has newer appliances, but we did not cook as there were lots of good resturants close by - we really liked A Lowcountry Backyard Restaurant. It is a short walk to the beach and a shorter walk to the pool. The beach here is nice and wide, but going left about a mile there is a long stretch of very nice unpopulated beach. We would certainly stay here again!

I wish I could give our vacation a 5 star review but once we checked into the unit, we encountered many issues. -First, there was an overwhelming musty smell throughout the condo. No obvious effort to mitigate the smell had been made therefore we had to purchase odor eliminators. -Next, there weren't any sheets provided for the sofa bed so we had to go out and buy a set of sheets. -The listing also mentioned that towels were provided however only bath towels were provided so we had to purchase beach towels as well. -The listing showed that beach chairs were provided. A photo showed at least 5 chairs for use, however there were only 2 rusty/torn beach chairs and a camping chair that was not usable. Luckily, the resort had beach chairs for us to rent but this was another added expense.-Another inconvenience was that laundry was not listed as a resort amenity. There was coin-operated laundry just steps from our condo door.-2 women showed up unannounced to fix a problem with the dishwasher. We were not informed of this issue but it was fixed during their visit.-Lastly, the cleaners did a terrible job. There was a coating of dust on every surface and food under the beds. Aside from all of these inconveniences and additional expenses, the condo was in a great location and had a great set up for our family. The owner never responded to my messages during our stay. Beware of booking this condo unless changes are made by the owner.
