Perfect view and location. I stayed 11 days, no issues. Gilbert was great. Right on the beach, with a short walk to the stores.

I LOVE this spot

I’ve stayed in Gilbert’s condo before and knew this is where I wanted to stay again! The place is clean and in the perfect location right on the beach. Restaurants and stores are all walking distance as well. It’s gated and there’s a security guard there at night. Gilbert is so nice and is excellent with communication. Anytime I return to Puerto Rico, this is where I’d want to stay! Thank you for everything Gilbert!!

Excellent oceanfront view

I wanted to be in front of the water and boy that's exactly what I've got!! Excellent view the balcony was perfect I had my morning coffee and my glass of wine at night I will be bac.. Gilbert was wonderful

stay was wonderful

the place was clean and the owners were easy to reach, the view was spectacular and the location was wonderful, amenities in the building were good, although the pool was not working, but with the ocean steps away, it was not needed. some investment in new diner furniture will make a big improvement.

Perfect location with an amazing view

The owner was very friendly and personable. He was easy to contact. The condo was located in the perfect spot of the city within walking distance to many of the nearby restaurants and stores and it's also right on the beach. The building is secured with privacy and gates only accessible if you stay there so you feel very safe and secure.There's also an overnight security guard on site. The view of the condo was spectacular with the balcony overlooking the beach and the beautiful waters of Isla Verde. If I go back to Puerto Rico, I'd definitely stay here again!!!

Exelent guests. Condominum rules were follow accordingly. Apartment was left completely clean. Will be more than glad to have them again as guests.

Amazing view!

Our stay was from Feb 25th- March 6th the condo has amazing views and it looks just as it appears in the photos. Gilbert made himself available to us at all times which was great. The condo is located right on the beach & close to several restaurants. The only reason we gave it a 3 star rating is because it did not have any internet access and it was a bit dated but overall it was nice for the price.
