Guests have access to entire private apartment on second floor.

Guests will be greeted personally at check in and we will help with any questions upon settling in. I am available any time if you have any questions.

All beds are provided with high quality cotton sheets,
All towels and toiletries will also be supplied during rental.
For those guests staying longer than a week we offer a weekly cleaning service for an additional cost.

The location is one of the top reasons why you will enjoy our home. It's less than a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, liquor stores, theatres, health food stores, etc. If you need to take transit it is a 2 minute walk to 2 streetcar lines. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Walk or take local transit to see Toronto's top attractions.

We are close to two of Toronto's major streets, Bathurst and Queen. You can take the streetcar to either the Bloor Line or University subway lines usually within 15 minutes.

Uber and Lyft are available in Toronto.

Great Location

We stayed here for 6 nights, Anne the host meet us and showed us the apartment and left us a beautiful gift Basket, the place was well equipped with everything you need for cooking, as well washer and dryer was nice to have clean clothes for our trip home to B.C. The only thing that surprised us was as being Canadian’s Traveling in Canada is that we were charged in USD? We must have overlooked this at booking time as I may have kept searching VRBO for other deals in CDN funds. but all in all the stay and apartment was fantastic.

Great property in great location

This property is ideally located just steps from vibrant Queen street and a short walk from the Kensington and downtown areas. The property has modern amenities to include heated floors, high speed internet, keyless lock entry, new appliances and washer/dryer. The hosts Tom and Ann are very friendly and responsive. It was an over excellent experience.

Ann warmly welcomed the first part of our group to arrive. Upon our arrival we found a welcome basket and a bottle of wine. Have never been treated to such hospitality. The place was super clean and new. Great location. Ann was a great host and was easily reachable and answered questions we had to ensure a better experience in Toronto. Would highly recommend. Great accommodation in a good location.

The unit was very comfortable and is very well equipped. There is an abundance of great restaurants and other necessities (grocery, coffee shops, pharmacies) within a 10 minute walk. Ann and Ted are great hosts and we would recommend this rental.

Location, Location, Location!

We had a great stay in Toronto. Ann and Ted were wonderful, thoughtful hosts. The location was ideal, close to public transport in a neighborhood with lots of personality. There were many great restaurants close by and a Loblaws in easy walking distance. Having the washer/dryer was very convenient with the kiddos.

Great Modern Apartment close to a lot of amenitie!

We were welcomed by the owners at the apartment who were very helpful in guiding us around the area. They even had a welcome basket of goodies for us! The apartment was right off Queen St so easy access to the Tram and walking distance to a grocery store. About 20 minutes to walk to the Rogers Centre. There were lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The apartment had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous Location

What a fabulous location! My son and I went to see The Eagles, the Blue Jays, Kensington Market, U of T, the entertainment district, etc...walking to all. In addition to the proximity to vibrant Queen St., we were thrilled by the top-notch care & thought put into this apartment by Ann; wonderfully clean and modern and with true attention paid to the needs of her visitors. Additionally, 'small' touches like a perfect kitchen, great shower, firm mattresses and a terrific security system were greatly appreciated. We will not hesitate to return. Much thanks, Ann!

Private, yet close to the action of Queen St W

Very well appointed, everything looks new--floors, stainless steel appliances, cabinets, walls, TVs, W/D, bathroom. 15 min walk to financial district. Heart of Queen St. W funky neighbourhood. Real neighbourhood feel. I wanted to be a local! Lots of local shopping & independent restaurants. Very quiet 2nd floor of townhome (15-20 steps). I loved it. The walk home in the evening cleared my head. I will return. Off season rates were compelling.

The property is exactly as described on the website. The kitchen is fully equipped and the extra details of coffee, tea, spices etc is an excellent touch. Wonderful place in a great neighborhood

Ann's place is immaculate and in a great neighborhood. There are many restaurants and things to do all within a short walk. Ann had a wonderful welcome package with menus of her favorite restaurants. She met me at the house and helped me with my bags which was really over and above the call of duty. She is a great hostess. I would highly recommend this place.

spotlessly clean, perfect location.

We loved our 3 night stay in the West Queen West neighborhood. It is in the super funky area with graffiti street art, restaurants, shops and a few strung out people milling about on the main drag. There is a nice grocery market 2 blocks away as well as a wine shop and Ontario liquor store for wine. Loved the place! The apartment is comfortable for two couples . The Murphey bed is perfectly fine for moderately sized mature adults. Main bedroom very nice. It was quiet so you can sleep well. Walking distance to downtown and prompt Uber response. We walked to the CN tower for lunch (made reservations, $58 per person plus wine, $20 per glass) and we walked all the way to the distillery as area, about 45 minutes. The apartment was immaculate. Recommend it!

Great apt in great location

Great location right off Queen Street where there are lots of shops and restaurants. About a 10-15min walk to Eaton Center. Apartment was great! very modern with washer dryer to use if you need to. Only slight drawback was that there is no communal living area (besides the kitchen). Ann was a super host, she met us out of the taxi and went through everything with us. There is a binder in the kitchen with flyers and maps of Toronto. I would stay here again....

The 2nd floor is amazing. Very nicely remodeled.

Ann showed us the basement when we got there and it is first class. Our 2nd floor apartment was extremely clean and very luxurious. The neighborhood is fun and our kids had a good time walking to the grocery store which was a 2 minute walk. We also were able to walk to the CN tower and the aquarium with the kids (7 and 4). Ann, the owner of the property, met us right on time to let us in and was very helpful. We had a wonderful time.

Loved the property and location!

Very great experience staying at this location. Very clean and located nearby Downtown for easy transit. Loved the washer and dryer in unit so no need to over pack. Ann was a great host and very accommodating.

Wonderful getaway

My sister and I stayed here for a long weekend. I can't say enough how amazing it was! The hosts were fabulous and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is in a great location right in the fun part of Toronto. The heated floors were an extra touch and it was so clean, I didn't want to leave! I highly recommend staying here if you're going to be in Toronto.

Amazing, spacious house

It's a very large house with multiple rooms and two kitchens. The house has cool features like heated floors and Nest thermostat. And it's a very convenient location with lots of coffeehouses, restaurants and shops nearby! Definitely a stay I recommend!
