Fully Renovated Top-Floor Sea Pines Villa near Harbour Town in Lighthouse Tennis

We are located right next door to Sea Pines Center (location of Truffles, Giuseppi's Pizza and the Farmer's Market), 1/3 mile from Harbour Town and a 10 minute bike ride to the new Beach Club.

Enjoy a short walk to the Harbour Town Bakery for breakfast or for to the Harbour Town Marina for dinner and perhaps a Gregg Russell show!

Rent bikes next door at Sea Pines Center (at the Peddling Pelican) to take advantage of the best bike paths on the island. Or, stop in on a Tuesday to take advantage of the weekly farmers market and craft show.

This villa has one bedroom, but sleeps five with a Master bedroom king sized-bed for two, and both a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed in the living room. So it's perfect for either a couple or a family. There are televisions in both the master and the living room.

This top-floor luxury villa with vaulted ceilings boasts a unique South Carolina view of moss-covered oaks overlooking an alligator-inhabited lagoon.

Lighthouse Tennis also features its own private pool with guest bathrooms and private tennis courts just for Lighthouse Tennis guests and owners. The pool typically opens each year during the first week of April. Our villa is in the building closest to the tennis courts and not much farther from the pool.

No smoking and no pets please (our daughter has asthma so no exceptions).

Monthly rentals considered and are offered a 35% discount. Out of fairness to past, present, and future guests, we are unable to negotiate rates. However, we do offer monthly rates.

During the high seasons (summer, spring break, holidays), we only rent Saturday-Saturday.

Please note that the unit has regular pest control servicing the first Tuesday of every month. They should knock and provide a response time before entering the unit.

Also note that should you need one or both of the pull out beds, you should request those at the time of booking so that linens can be provided for those beds.

Sea Pines has updated their car pass policy and guests can no longer pay for them in advance and pick them up at the welcome center. Therefore, we will no longer charge for these in the rental costs. You can purchase a weekly pass at the Sea Pines gate for $22 when you arrive.
