For the beach chairs, the resort policy is to assign them for the duration of your stay (or at least 7 days at a time), so you shouldn’t need to reselect chairs each day. Thanks for letting us know about the glitch. We’ll coordinate directly with beach services and the resort to make sure that’s what they're doing for future guests. Regarding the Xplorie free activities, we’ll make sure those access details are more clearly outlined. We totally understand how the steps to the beach can be tricky with little ones and beach gear. The good news is that a new beach ramp access is scheduled to begin construction this November, which should make things even easier in the future. William - thanks for letting us know - I'm sorry we were not aware of your concern during your stay so that we could help. We've had no other complaints about the mattress since your departure but we're sending maintenance to check the supports and mattress to assess and address it. We want all of our guests to be comfortable. In the future if you need assistance with an issue during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We often have toppers available or if a broken mattress or box springs needs replacement we can usually resolve that quickly. We do hope you'll return for next year's Ironman!
