The Space:
Our newly renovated home sits in a tranquil western-style neighborhood with desert views and nighttime stargazing opportunities. You’ll have 1,759 sq ft of living space, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests looking to escape to the great outdoors in a laid-back style. Our home has everything you could need a desert getaway to Cave Creek’s haven of outdoor adventure and cowboy history!

Down the hall with a granite vanity, mirror, under-sink storage, toilet and tub/shower combo.

– CHEF’S KITCHEN & DINING –
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, including a coffee station with a Keurig, filtered coffee maker, and electric hot water kettle. Enjoy a relaxed meal at the dining table for 6 in the luminous dining room, and there are 4 bar stools for extra seating at the kitchen’s breakfast bar.

– LIVING ROOM –
Spacious with a Western flair and lots of natural lighting. Kick back on the plush sofa or chair seating and catch your shows on the 44” Smart TV. Cozy around the fireplace on chillier nights and play games. You’ll find board games there like Monopoly, Sorry, Tic Tac Toe, and Connect Four!

– NATURE & COWBOY LOVER'S BACKYARD –
Take a plunge in the Cowboy tub or test your cowboy skills on the roping dummy in the yard! When time to chow down, there’s a shaded patio with outdoor dining, string lights for ambience, and a gas BBQ grill for cookouts. Come together with laughter around the wood-burning fire pit (BYOW), play giant Jenga and large Connect Four games provided, or engage in spectacular nighttime stargazing in the beautiful desert sky.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home (except for the locked owner’s closet) and driveway parking for 3 cars.

The Neighborhood:
It’s a serene neighborhood near lots of outdoor activities like ATV, mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, and hot-air balloon rides. Near Cave Creek National Park, Sonoran Preserve, and many top-notch golf courses. Unique shopping and restaurant experiences in Cave Creek are just a short walk from the house, and there are weekly bull riding and line dancing activities at Buffalo Chip Saloon. You’ll receive a DIGITAL GUIDEBOOK with more info and recommendations once booked!

Getting Around:
31 miles from PHX Airport & 17 miles from Scottsdale Airport (SCF). It’s best to have a car as Uber/Lyft services may be difficult to get from this property. The Cave Creek area is a bit remote, about 16 miles north of North Scottsdale.

Other Things to Note:
Important things to know before booking to ensure a pleasant stay!

STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. This is a residential area with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to be respectful of our neighbors. The home is outfitted with a Minut device that measures volume decibels (does not record) and notifies us when noise levels exceed a set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $2000 fine.

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via TRUVI
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay

The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

We allow children with the following stipulations:
- Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing'.
- Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

The landscaper visits the property every Tuesday.

We don’t have a lost and found, so please double-check you have all your stuff before you leave. We can’t take responsibility for anything left behind.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- The primary guest who made the reservation must stay at the property.
- Local guests within a 4-hour drive must contact us before booking.
- This dog-friendly property allows up to 2 dogs for $125 per stay, but you must get pre-approval. The dog(s) must be crate-trained, and please clean up after your dog. No cats, sorry.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- Recreational drug use or any illegal or dangerous activity at the property is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 penalty.
- Guests must comply with maximum occupancy and obtain approval for additional guests or incur a fee.
- There are 3 outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know 1-2 days in advance to arrange it.
- For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that's complimentary. Our team will contact you during your stay to coordinate the best day to do it.
- Guests are responsible for keeping the property well-cleaned and maintained.
Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay, including cleaning charges needed due to unauthorized pets discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file, followed by an email explaining the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Please adhere to check-in and check-out times to avoid fines.
- Property undergoes regular inspections to ensure compliance with rules and maintenance standards.
- Specific rules apply for properties with septic tanks.
- Thermostat: Temperature controls must be maintained to prevent damage.
- Guests are advised not to have mail or packages sent to the property.
- Guests are responsible for their valuables and personal property.
- Prompt reporting of any maintenance issues is required, though refunds are not guaranteed.
- The property is for vacation rental only; no commercial use allowed.
- Guests must vacate the property at the agreed-upon time.
- Failure to comply with rules may result in eviction without refund.
- Guests must adhere to all local vacation rental laws and regulations.

COWBOY TUB SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & RELEASE:
1. Supervision is key to preventing drowning accidents: never leave children unsupervised in the tub or its vicinity - not even for a second!
2. Always watch children around the tub. Do not rely on barriers. They only slow a child's access to the tub.
3. In case of an emergency, act immediately.
4. Shout for help.
5. Pull the child out of the water.
6. Stay with the child and dial 911 (or the local emergency number) for help.
7. Check the airway and breathing. If needed, start CPR immediately (if you are trained)

No Third-Party Services Allowed - For liability and safety reasons, we do not permit any outside services (such as massages, personal chefs, mobile IVs, or similar bookings) to take place at the property during your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
The home uses an electronic door code for entry. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. If you need anything, just send us a message.

Great neighborhood and piece of property. Nice private backyard with beautiful view of Black Mountain. Walk to hiking, restaurants and shops. House is nicely furnished and stocked for anything needed. Definitely recommended!!
