Wonderful Stay, Safe and Comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Guest services gets a 5 star for responsiveness and patience with my slew of questions to clarify their rental agreement. From beginning to end they have been great. Make sure you read the reservation carefully and register the correct number of guests as any additional outside of your reservation capacity will cost extra as well as determine your room arrangements. It may be a 2 bedroom accommodation but you are only paying for one room which accommodates 2 persons. Be careful with your electricity consumption as it is quite expensive in the DR. Any thing over your daily limit will be charged at the end of your stay. The compound is comfortable and accommodating. The security guards are friendly and helpful. The pool is great. Kitchen had everything I needed, there is hot water but you need to let the heater run for a few minutes which is fine. All rooms are equipped with AC. Full laundry facilities. Simple minimart less than a minute down the road. Uber Eats is available in the area but be prepared as they got my orders wrong every time. TV needs to be upgraded nothing but youtube worked or I had to stream via hdmi from my laptop, casting apps did not work but internet was good. I had a very comfortable 2 weeks here.

We are pleased you enjoyed a comfortable two-week stay, the community amenities, pool, security, well-equipped condo, and reliable internet. We were surprised by the 3-star location rating, as the condo is in one of Bávaro–Punta Cana’s most popular areas for both visitors and expats. The beach, restaurants, beach bars, shopping, entertainment, supermarkets, and excursion options are all within convenient walking distance, allowing many guests to enjoy the area without needing a car. Regarding electricity, the Dominican Republic has higher energy costs than many guests may be accustomed to. An electricity allowance is included with the rental, and guests are responsible only for consumption above that allowance. To help avoid additional charges, we recommend turning off the air conditioning when leaving the condo and using it responsibly during the stay. This policy, including the allowance and excess-consumption rate, is provided before booking, in the rental agreement, and again at check-in so guests can monitor their usage. Electricity charges can increase significantly as consumption rises into higher usage tiers. We appreciate the feedback regarding the TV and will continue reviewing ways to improve the entertainment setup. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be happy to welcome you back anytime.

Relaxing in Punta cana

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location and close to walking to restaurants and shops. Citrus has really good food, the place was nice and had everything you needed, the pool was beautiful and clean the one down fall is not enough chairs to sit, and it doesn’t have concrete all the way around so the lounge chairs are in the shade early. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful Condo in Punta Cana

Beautiful set of condos in a secure facility, 5-3 story buildings surrounding a well maintained pool with tropical plants in abundance. Staff are onsite 24/7 and the property management are readily available to resolve any issues. Check-in is easy with a lockbox arrangement, all details were well documented as to the process of getting into the unit, using the facilities and plenty of advice on the beaches, restaurants and excursions. The condo was on the third floor with access to the roof, although the stairs are not used friendly. There are no elevators in the building. The condo was light, airy and comfortable with a full kitchen, master bedroom and king bed, two full bathrooms. The kitchen had a full size propane stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. A good starter kit of basic needs are provided along with a picture of the electric meter reading. A deposit was paid for the electricity and at the end of our stay a photo of the meter, a calculation of electric cost and refund was provided in a very timely manner. Heat pumps and ceiling fans kept the Condo cool as required. A washer/dryer in the condo makes it very easy to handle washing. The unit is furnished with towels and linens, a dining area, lounge and balcony overlooking the pool The Condo is about a 10 min walk to the beach, but once there you can walk for miles either north or south along the beautiful white sand beaches.
