Our family of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed the location and setting of this resort. We were forced out of the area due to NorEaster weather pattern 1 1/2 days early and were u able to utilize the pool and beach as often due to weather. But the facility was fabulous.

The condo has a great view and is exactly as advertised. The pools are phenomenal and the staff was amazingly helpful. The only area for improvement would be the beds. They are very firm. With that being said, we will definitely stay here again!

Great stay in North Myrtle Beach!

Stayed at Notth Beach towers. Great spot with plenty of space. Beautiful 15th floor ocean view. Lots of amenities. Good location. Easy check in and checkout. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The ocean view was absolutely beautiful, and the condo itself was spotless and very well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt comfortable the entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Five stars all the way!

Entire property was extremely well taken care of. Our 4BR condo was extremely spacious and lived up to expectations and then some. Staff was amazing!! Would consider staying here again and would highly recommend friends, family or anyone to stay here. We are also considering buying one of the condos for sale because of our experience here!!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations in a lovely resort that is close to everything! The fitness center, the onsite food options, the many pools and the beach were so great!

Good stay

The unit was a perfect size for my family. Great view and great amenities onsite. Only downside was we couldn’t use the balcony furniture due to maintenance but iTrip offered a discount for the inconvenience which was nice. Would recommend!

Successful Golf Trip!

We were spoiled with our stay at this property. Check-in process was very easy and team was very responsive as our arrival plans changed. Property was easy to access and navigate. This location was incredible for the space offered, amenities, views, etc.

Beautiful

This condo was outstanding. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The view is amazing! I would highly recommend staying here. Very close to stores and fun things to do!

Great stay!!

We loved this condo and resort. Probably one of the nicest places we have ever been. The condo was clean, updated and so nice!! There are not beach items included but the condo was so great! None of us wanted to leave! We will return back asap and would recommend to all of our friends!

The best!

We had the best time in 1502. The view was so good that we didn’t even go out on our second night. The beds were super comfortable and checking in and out was a breeze. We’ll be back!

Great experience

From the time before check-in. The communication with the agency in Myrtle Beach was phenomenal. This particular unit was perfect for a family with children.

Beautiful, clean property. Fairly well stocked. Super good view. Lovely beach. Good food and drinks at pool and cafe.Quick response from maintenance for small issue.Nice starter items in kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of bath towels. Only inside seating for 6 for meals. Difficult to get lounges at pool.Eternal wait at elevators most of the time.Needs small kitchen items like serving bowls, sugar bowl, butter dish, dish towels. Needed maintenance to straighten out TVs.HVAC control is confusing. Directions for use of TV and HVAC and electrical outlets would be very helpful.

Great Condo Location

North Beach Plantation is conveniently located, and the condo unit was clean and comfortable. Beautiful views from 15th floor with XL balcony and nice Adirondack furniture. Bonus that fitness center is now located at the condos with ocean view. The i-Trip check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The iTrip team was very responsive to anything we needed - great customer service!

The beach view was blocked because the railing was covered with plastic because of outside maintenance. Condo owner has no control over this, but would have been good information to know previous to our stay. Great location, wonderful building and condo was a nice size. A few things we were disappointed with were, lack of cooking/kitchen utensils (we went to dollar store to buy a spatula) and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Regarding the exterior maintenance: temporary projects, including protective coverings, can occur during certain times of the year and are handled by the building/resort, not individual owners. This possibility is outlined in the rental agreement signed prior to arrival, as these projects are common during the off-season and reflected in seasonal pricing. We’re also sorry to hear that the kitchen items and pillows did not meet your expectations. These concerns were not reported during the stay, and we provide multiple ways for guests to contact us so items such as additional kitchen tools or replacement pillows can be addressed promptly. We appreciate you staying with us and are glad to hear that, overall, you had an enjoyable visit.

Amazing property

My family kept saying this is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Plenty of room for everyone. Every bedroom had its own bath. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Amenities at North Beach can’t be beat. Weather was a little cool but heated pools. We had an amazing time here and will definitely be back. Was very impressed with iTrip. Will definitely rent thru them again. We love the Indigo tower and our view down the beach. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit.

Door lock didn’t work

We have problems with the main door lock We went to the beach and when got back couldn’t get in because the battery of the door was dead We stayed more than one hour outside with kids tired and hungry

The door locks work great on this condo. Unfortunately, batteries do sometimes die on the main doors. Even though we regularly change them, understandably it's impossible for us to predict when that will happen. We're glad that onsite security was able to get you in once they troubleshooted the problem. We again apologize that happened. Thanks for staying with us!
