This Key West cottage-style waterfront home comfortably accommodates 6 people with two master suites boasting king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, and the upstairs second guest room has a queen bed. You’ll find plantation shutters, closet treatments, T. V.’s and granite counters throughout, wood floors and vaulted ceilings in the upper story, tile throughout the lower, and charming décor. Located upstairs is a screened deck with furniture, the kitchen (with high-end appliances), master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, dining room, living room, pocket office and a 3rd bathroom. The second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, laundry, large family room and wet bar are downstairs. Cook your favorites on the outdoor grill station while enjoying the pool (with stone deck) and Margaritaville-style chickee with electric, fans, lighting, a bar, stools and chairs for fun gatherings with family & friends.
