Family Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and location, well supplied. The beach area was so nice and the layout was ideal for families and children. The management company was very responsive and everything was easy. We loved our stay. An outdoor grill would have been nice to have as well as more baby supplies like high chair/pack n play.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well kept property, very nice beach access. I would suggest having more towels and wash clothes for each bathroom so laundry can be spread out during the stay. If you plan on cooking steaks the gas grill has seen it’s better days and the charcoal grill has no adjustment, it will cook burgers but your not going to sear a steak.

Fernhill was our best experience in over 10 years of coming to the gulf. The house had everything we needed and more. Obviously the views were incredible, but the little extras made it special. The beach equipment, brand new boardwalk with hose and comfortable deck furniture all contributed. We hope to find our way back soon.

My family absolutely loved this house. The location was great. The house was clean and had lots of room. If we go back to Gulf Shores next year we will be staying at this house. This house gets a 10 out of 10 from us.

Great location right on the beach with boardwalk walkout. Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group. Very close to shops and restaurants.
