Kaibo Yacht Club vacation rentals

After a week at Seven Mile, Rum Point was a great place to chill for our second week. This location is fantastic.

Awesome!! Amazing!!!! Thoughtfully equipped inside and for outdoors...with paddle boards and kayak! Kadi is a wonderful ownerwho is very responsive.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the 7 Up condo. The condo was very well equipped and stocked with towels etc. The location made it so easy to picked up just outside at the beachfront. The pool and hot tub were lovely too at the property. Always able to park the rental vehicle.

We stayed at this condo in mid-August and had a wonderful experience. The property was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. The condo is right on the beach, away from busy areas. It's just a short walk to Starfish Point, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Blair was incredibly responsive and quick to reply to any of my messages. Thank you, Blair - we'll definitely be returning!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mai Kai! The unit is spotless, kitchen is well stocked, even has coolers to take to the beach with you. Couch and beds are comfy, washrooms are renovated, master has a large walk in closet which has some sand toys, pool noodles and loungers, beach chairs. Bedrooms both have a black out roller shade which is a nice touch. Pool is only a few steps from your door. The grounds are well maintained and they comb the beach almost daily. You won’t be disappointed booking this unit! Elizabeth was a great host! Fast to respond and easy to communicate with. We’ve stayed on the island before and in various locations. Cayman Kai is very quiet and relaxing, with picturesque views of the bay. Not as many restaurants this side of the island. But definitely rent a car, the island is super easy to navigate. Lots of options on the east end or Borden Town way and both are only a 25 minute drive. Be sure to spend time at Starfish Point, it’s just down the road and a perfect spot to spend an afternoon. The unit was fully equipped, well-furnished and well-located at the quiet end of the Kaibo complex. Super comfy king bed, screened balcony and everything you need for a week of R and R. Thankfully far from the hustle and bustle of 7-Mile Beach.

Perfect quiet getaway. Unit is exactly as pictured.

We really enjoyed staying here. Lots of little touches throughout out the place made our stay very enjoyable.
