Ett underbart reträttområde för alla åldrar och aktivitetsnivåer. Strax utanför ytterdörren finns tennisbanor för dig och dina vänner att njuta av det vänliga spelet tennis! Om du föredrar kan du njuta av uteplatsen och bara titta på handlingen. Poolen ligger bara några steg från bakdörren och har en kiddy pool plus den stora poolen.

Historiska Gruene, Texas är en fem minuters bilresa bort där du kan njuta av musik och dans i Gruene Hall. Dessutom är toppmålet i Texas den ursprungliga Schlitterbahn! Denna vattenpark ligger bara 10 minuters bilresa bort och är ett utmärkt sätt att tillbringa dagen!

Naturligtvis är flytande Guadelupe eller Comal Rivers ett måste för alla åldrar! Välj ett innerrör eller en flott för en härlig dag på vattnet. Vingårdar finns i överflöd i Hill Country. Bara sättet att se på nära håll hur vingården fungerar.

Om golf är ditt val: det finns 3 till 4 golfbanor i området att välja mellan. Vi är centralt beläget cirka 60 mil söder om Austin, TX och cirka 17 mil norr om San Antonio.

Sectional Tennis 65+ Women’s Weekend

Property was excellent for our tennis weekend. Comfortable, clean, close to Newk’s, courts for tennis practice. We’ve stayed at this condo before & will stay again in the future!!

River floaters

The grounds were beautiful. Drove up got out of car 5 deer within 20 ft of us. The house had everything we needed for the kitchen. The beds were beautiful and inviting. Tennis courts were right outside back door, the home came with rackets and balls. Swimming pool right outside front door. You are close to everything but still out in the country.

VRBO For birthday celebration!

Nice VRBO, great beds and comfortable furnishings. Very clean with all of the necessary tools in the kitchen. Pool was closed, the one negative, but we were there to float River so it wasn’t a huge issue. Plenty of parking and not too far from the main attractions. Had a great time.

Quiet handy condo

Good location to get to Guadalupe River State Park and New Braunfels. Corner unit pleasant and spacious for a condo for our family. Clean windows would have increased the enjoyment. Enjoyed the tennis courts. Website should have mentioned that the pool was "seasonal." Owners not on site but conscientious in addressing a couple of issues we had.

Family Quick Get-A-Way

Property was nice. Located near good food and fun places. We were not a tennis family but I think we will be. Several tennis courts to play on. The host had rackets and some tennis balls there, so we went out to play and now we all want to get better at it. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

Great Place

This location is great! We came to float the Comal River and enjoy Schlitterbaun- this location is very close to town with good Uber access. The place was clean and there were deer right out of our door! All of our guest had a great time!

Great condo very close to the Newcombe Tennis Ranch

We loved this condo, very comfortable and clean. Had everything you needed in the kitchen and beds and couch were so comfy! DVDs to watch during a raining afternoon and such an easy ride back and forth to the Newcombe tennis camp. Thanks Barbara for the quick response to our questions and helping replace the coffee pot that wasn’t working. We did not use the many onsite tennis courts or pool, but they looked to be in good shape.

Charming Home to sit back and Just RELAX!

Great stay!

We had a great stay here. It's very spacious, plenty of room for our whole family of 8. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the surroundings. The condo property is very quite and so convenient to town. There is so much to do within minutes of the condo. Our kids enjoy the drive thru safari and the condo pool of course. The property was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending to our friends.

Awesome Condo!

We had 8 people in this condo and we were very comfortable and not crowded at all. The condo was very clean and luxurious. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. Lots of activities for the kids including tennis, pool areas, basketball and wildlife. We couldn't believe how many deer we actually saw while staying at this condo. It was so relaxing too!! Thanks for an enjoyable stay!! : )

We stayed at the T Bar M ...

We stayed at the T Bar M Retreat in March 2008. We had a family of 4 plus 2 grandparents and were very comfortable in the accomodations. The beds were very comfortable with lovely sheets. The unit was full of amenities, lots of books and videos to pass the later hours. The tennis courts right outside the door were wonderful, as were the playground and the ample deer sightings! I would and already have recommended to friends!

We have really enjoyed our condo in the Texas Hill Country. We also enjoy sharing with others, in the hopes that they, too, will become Hill Country fans! I have been all over the world, but this area is just a little piece of heaven. You will come once and never want to leave.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our family has enjoyed the Texas Hill Country for the past twenty-five years. The wildlife can be seen up close and personal. Last spring there was a little fawn under one of the bushes just outside our condo. I guess I had never seen a fawn in the wild placed where the mother felt it would be safe. We enjoy riding our bicycles around the area. There is not much traffic through the complex and this is so enjoyable to me. Morning walks are so wonderful: the area offers many unique sights....but be careful of walking in the evening, because there is a skunk who also enjoys evening walks!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I love to play tennis, so having two tennis courts just outside my front door is such a blessing! I like to play with the grandkids: we have such fun just knocking that yellow ball around. I stand at the net and feed the balls over: first a back-hand, then a fore-hand. Just don't forget the sunscreen. And after tennis, we jump into the wonderful pool just steps from the back door. We sit, sip our bottled water, and chill out. Life could not get any better!
