Nice property with great location

The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The location is amazing-very close to basically everything! Property management was easy to communicate with. We lool forward to staying here again.

Top notch customer service

Management was so attentive and responsive from start to finish. The house was nice and spacious to fit all 8 of us and enjoyed how sound proof the house was.

Wursfest with Friends

Amazing location! Walking distance to everywhere that we wanted to go. Room was spacious enough for everyone and very clean. We plan on booking here again!

Family reunion

Nice location, very clean. I will call and advise the associate the following: the master bedroom bathroom toilet has a leaking Flapper in the tank which causes the tank to refill 24/7. This causes a great deal of water loss not to mention the bowel develops water stains. These stains can be removed.

Family weekend trip

This was a great place to stay. Clean and had everything we needed, there was a convenience store next door that was great for last minute items we needed. Beds were comfortable.

Lots of room + pet friendly

Quick visit for Schlitterbahn. Perfect space for everyone to have their own bed. Location is convenient however as a result is located in the middle of town and is very noisy. Cars driving by playing loud music + the buses for the waterpark.

Perfect spot close to downtown

My friends and I rented this property to attend Wurstfest and it was perfect! It was close to downtown and there was plenty of space. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our family time at New Braunfels. This place was great!! The location was very convenient , walking distance to the river, to the water park and only 5 min to Gruene little town. The house has everything as ut was described.

Great Central NEW BRAUNFELS Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 2 months, while we awaited our home to be complete. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Can't beat the location, right across from the tube chute and downtown area. Walks with our dog were beautiful along the river. The place itself was a roomy 3 bedroom with a can't beat value! The place is older, so don't be afraid to make calls to maintenance who were quick to respond. The only downside is potentially who your neighbors will be and their demeanor and social etiquette or lack thereof! You are in a small area with 2 triplexes that share common spaces. Be prepared to hear ambulance sirens at all hours as there is an ambulance business right next to it! Oh and super loud mufflers and speedsters down this main road.
