Missa inte chansen att försöka slå rekordet! Rymligt kök med matbord för 6 och 4 extra platser i frukostbaren. Bekvämt vardagsrum med en futon som sover 2. Quite and Amazing River front property

This house toward the end of River Road. Very secluded and private with a very nice waterfront River front area perfect to enjoy the day in the Guadalupe River!! Really relaxing experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for a family Labor Day vacation. The weather was perfect. Easy access to the river. We set up a canopy with water chairs to hang out in the water. The grandkids had so much fun floating down a bit and walked back up. We were able to also do an hour and half float down to the house. I would highly recommend this house. The only issue we had was the 2 twin beds upstairs were not very comfortable.

Amazing views, nice house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place - clean and well furnished. Great views of the river. We saw osprey fishing and lots of anglers wading in the water all day, catching small trout - all catch and release of course! Missing a few things that would have made it spectacular - no condiments - no sugar/salt/pepper. No real blankets - only the duvets that were supposed to be used as comforters. Clearly these are not washed or dry cleaned between guests! If these small things were fixed, it would be an ideal getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a good rental. It had more privacy than expected of a property on River Road. Bring your own tubes or rent from Roy's and put in upstream at Meckles Landing for a nice hour-long float to the property. Lovely porch with comfortable chairs - this is where I spent most of my time. If you are looking for a place to fish, this probably isn't the spot. And we did have a few minor issues (there is an alarm that kept going off at night and needed to be reset, the roof leaked in the heavy rain and the dishwasher also leaked) but the rental manager was responsive, so they have likely fixed these issues. All things considered; I'd rent this property again.

Fun weekend on the water

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was great for our group. It was 100 degrees and the house was always cool so hats off to AC unit. It was a nice spot for sitting in the river and relaxing. Beds in this home are definitely a 3 out of 10. If you like that squeaky springs from the 70's feel you will love it. Kitchen size and table were great for games and food. Barbeque Ignition DOES NOT work so be prepared to risk explosion to get it lit. :) The hill down to the water gets rough after 4 or 5 trips back and fourth so bring what you need to the water.

River Trip Success!

Beautiful property just steps away from the Guadalupe River. Centrally located on River Road. House was very clean and had all of the amenities needed to make our stay a complete success! Most impressed with the New Braunfels Escapes Property Mgmt company (NBE)— LOVED their communication approach & organization to managing our stay. Will definitely be a return customer to NBE and this property!
