Ingen väntar i linje med den privata floden tillgång bara några steg utanför din bakdörr! Detta hem ligger strax före 3: e korsningen på River Road. Intresserad av fiske? Detta är den perfekta platsen för dig! Guadalupefloden vid 3: e korsningen är fylld med öring som börjar den 1 december! Nuvarande rekord från fastigheten är 27 öring om 3 timmar. Missa inte chansen att försöka slå rekordet! Rymligt kök med matbord för 6 och 4 extra platser i frukostbaren. Bekvämt vardagsrum med en futon som sover 2. Stort sovrum med en queen size-säng och vacker utsikt över floden med direkt veranda tillgång. Sovrummet har eget badrum. Övervåningen loft bra för barnen att spela spel, titta på filmer och koppla av! Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med utsikt över floden. Det bästa fisket i området! Bara en kort bilresa till Gruene och downtown New Braunfels, som båda erbjuder flera restauranger, underhållning och många aktiviteter. Gruene Hall är den äldsta danshallen i Texas och ett känt landmärke. Gruene erbjuder också bra shopping, restauranger och vinprovning. This was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and make some wonderful family memories! The location right on the river was not only beautiful but incredibly convenient, and having our own private river beach area made the stay even more special. The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. One of our favorite parts was simply sitting together on the porch, relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We loved our stay so much that we’re already looking forward to coming back. We hope to make this a yearly tradition and book again every year!

Lovely property, well-maintained in an ideal location. The river was just steps away from the beautiful porch and the property is minutes away from horseshoe float and Gruene activities. Excellent communication with property management during check in and check out process. Our family had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful home and view with direct access to the river. Quiet and peaceful. It was a short drive into Gruene and New Braunfels. There was ease in communication with the property management company. I could not be more pleased with the visit!

Quite and Amazing River front property

This house toward the end of River Road. Very secluded and private with a very nice waterfront River front area perfect to enjoy the day in the Guadalupe River!! Really relaxing experience.

Some appliances really need to be upgraded and beds absolutely need to be replaced, however, most everything else worked well. Home is in a great location. Location is close to restaurants and shopping. If owner upgrades beds, we will definitely stay again.

We were there to attend a reunion on another property near by so we really didn’t spend much time exploring NB. There were a few communication challenges because we had a Canadian phone and little wifi access.
