Denna vackra 1300 kvadratfot 2 sovrum 2 + 1/2 bad lägenhet utsikt över den orörda Comal River och ligger tvärs över gatan från Schlitterbahn vattenpark. Detta är den bästa platsen att komma och gå från Schlitterbahn och njuta av Comalfloden. Komplexet har egen ingång och utgång så att du kan flyta in och ut från lägenheten till floden. "Chute" på Prince Solms park ligger mindre än en mil bort och är en 1 + 1/2 timmars flottör hemma till lägenheten. Gå över gatan till Garden St. Bro för en avkopplande 30 minuters float hem.

NEDSTAIR: Köket är fullt utrustat med apparater och lager med gott om köksartiklar, bestick och glasögon! Livsmedelsbutikerna är bara 5 minuter bort om du vill göra en gourmetmat. Det finns också en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet. Det finns plats för 3 i baren och ett matbord för 4. Vardagsrummet har hårt golv, en soffa och en soffa som vikar ut i en queen size-säng. Det finns ett halvt bad under trappan. Slå på takfläkten och koppla av på det extra stora täckta hörnet balkongen med ett glas vin. Se den klarblå gröna våren matad vatten i Comalfloden som stannar 72 grader året runt.

Grillgropar finns på fastigheten för utomhusgrillning. Det finns också en gemensam pool och badtunna för din njutning.

Perfect location for families wanting to float river or visit Schlitterbahn. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the original Schlitterbahn park and 5-8 minute walk to Blastenhoff and Surfenburg parks. Condo was super nice and well stocked with all the cookware you would need. Host super friendly. Provided us with a detailed list of what was included in condo before we arrived. This was super helpful. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and layout was perfect with bedrooms upstairs with private baths and 1/2 bath downstairs. We will definitely rent this condo again. Thanks Suzanne for a wonderful trip!

Wonderful experience

The property was awesome! It was just perfect for our family of 5. Very clean and super close to Schlitterbahn. We went to Schlitterbahn, came back to eat lunch, then back to Schlitterbahn.We’d love to come again and float the river next time in addition to going to Schlitterbahn.

Perfect place!

Our family was looking to stay close to the river and Schlitterbahn and this place was perfect. I loved that you could get into the Comal and swim. You could walk to one of the water parks it was so close by. The balcony was also a great hangout spot. The place was so cold which was so nice after a hot day. The place was clean and so cute! It was perfect for us. I plan to stay here anytime we go to New Braunfels! Also there was wildlife everywhere like deer and ducks so that was also really nice.

Great Stay

This was a great condo with River access. We walked to Schlitterbahn, enjoyed Gruene and the river. Very responsive to questions. It was just easy breezy. Loved it!

Excellent well located and easy

We enjoyed our stay. Right across from Schlitterbahn, a short drive from Gruene; village center was within walking distance. New Braunfels has its charms but you are also less than an hour drive from San Antonio and Austin. The view from the back balcony is beautiful; easy access to the Comal River. The property is well provisioned and the check in and check out process was very easy. Owner was easy to reach when needed.

Location, Communication, Stay Amenities were all great. We felt some of the items were quite old and need renovation like sofa which was having lot of stains.

Awesome Location

The location of this condo is perfect for floating the river! The deer were present constantly which made sitting on the porch even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot

Perfect place to relax and watch people float down the river. Walking distance to water park and close to where you get into the river. Also, river access and easy to get out of the river.

Perfect location

We did a Girls Float Trip for 2 nights. The condos location was perfect , not far from great restaurants and only a 15 min drive to the Guadalupe to float! The beds were comfortable and great view from balcony. Only hiccup was our car was towed the last night. We know the pink tag was exposed but was missing when we picked up in San Marcos at tow lot…….

Perfect place for Family Getaway
