Vår 12: e våningsenhet väntar bara på dig. Dessa lägenheter har en rymlig pool och utsikt över bukten från balkongen! Kör bara upp det täckta garaget och parkera på 12: e våningen eller 11: e våningen och ta en kort promenad till enhet 1211.

12: e våningen är tillräckligt hög för en fantastisk utsikt men inte så hög att du lägger all din tid på att vänta på hissar. Kom och se den bästa nya utväg på PCB. Med bekväm reserverad parkering belägen nära denna lägenhet behöver du inte oroa dig för att hitta en plats att parkera. När du går in i lägenheten hittar du en mycket rymlig planlösning i kombination med en vacker utsikt över poolen och därefter Mexikanska golfen. Dessa lägenheter är utrustade med de flesta allt en gäst skulle behöva.

Köket har ett kylskåp och frys i full storlek och är fullt utrustat med det nödvändiga för att förbereda en måltid i lägenheten.

Det finns en king size-säng i sovrummet med privat badrum och utsikt över viken. Våningssalen på framsidan av lägenheten har en garderob, en uppsättning av två / två våningssängar, ett privat badrum och tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a quiet place then this might not be it but over all the hotel was super nice and i loved our room. only complaint would be the elevators but we got past it… also no neighbor to the left of you so big plus

But experience several other problems during our stay. The elevators are horrible to wait for when trying to leave the property. The parking deck design is horrible. Took entirely too long to get to and from our room while using the parking deck. The Employees were not friendly nor helpful.

Too many roaches ruined an otherwise good spot

5 night stay in September 2023, I wish I could be positive about our experience but there were roaches... LOTs of roaches, every day we found at least one. The night we arrived we ordered pizza, after dinner we'd left the half eaten pizza inside the closed box on the coffee table for maybe 45 minutes while we sat on the couch watching TV before I opened it again, and roaches scattered everywhere. As I threw the box away I found another one in the kitchen and then 2 more in the bedroom, one on top of the bedding. After speaking to Grace with Vacations Perfected they had the pest control guy come out and spray on the 3rd day we were there - and that same night we saw another roach crawling across the chairs next to the circular table. Then another one in the kitchen the following day, and finally as we were leaving we saw another one running into the front bathroom. This is obviously disgusting and completely unacceptable and I cannot recommend this location to anyone until it is resolved. Also at one point the refrigerator had a constant stream of water pouring directly onto the top shelf from a leak under the freezer - if we'd had anything sitting there it would have been ruined. a few good things: The property was pretty much just as listed, plenty of space, and the location on the 12th floor at the top of the parking garage meant you can very easily back your vehicle right up to the door to load and unload. Grace was very easy to contact about maintenance

Needs Attention

I stayed July 2023 for 7 days with my 3 kids & husband. The condo is nice and has potential. The balcony is long. Granite counter tops, second bathroom. It’s located on the top deck of the parking garage which is nice. Instead of parking in the designated spot we parked in the spots that were painted yellow because it’s closer, you can unload right at the door. However, there are several things I need to address. 1. You cannot ride a golf cart in the parking garage which is what we use for transportation down there, 2. Upon arrival the condo smelled like a wet dog. (Maybe it’s the carpet being humid and at the beach) 3. Microwave had some ravioli or something blow up in it. It was not cleaned but the glass tray in the microwave was cleaned which tells me they just skipped over wiping out the actual microwave. 4. The laminate stuff is peeling off the cabinets in a LOT of places 5.There was hair all over the wall of the guest shower 6.the recliner chair was broken and my 4 year old went to sit in it and it basically collapsed, fell on her leg and I had to rush to get it off of her after hearing her yelling for me. 7. And this one was the icing on the cake, ROACHES. Yes, roaches. I messaged someone about all of these concerns and they had offered to send someone to come by and spray for them but idk what good that would’ve done in a 7 day period plus I didn’t want them trying to seek shelter in our belongings so I declined. We paid too much for our stay to be like this.

Amazing time!

Absolutely loved this condo. It was such a beautiful room and great view of the beach. The parking was great too! We were able to unload right to our door from the car then move our car to the parking spot. So nice, especially with toddlers. Absolutely recommend!

I had called on day one that our fridge was not getting cold and never got a call back for them to fix it. I also had someone in my parking reserved spot and complained to security and they didn’t move.

All around best place to stay for young teen children! Nothing but a big party!

I enjoyed this condo so much cause the parking garage on the twelve floor was very easy to unload ALL our stuff to the room! The condo was a party place and never boring at night! Enjoyed the balcony with the view to the beach and how the rest of the people partying at night! The elevators was the only problem but if you went down or up at a certain time they weren’t as bad!

Great beach. Great pool and pool area. Minor maintenance issues with the unit. It was not well cleaned. Worst bed I’ve ever slept in. The AC worked great. Dehumidifier kept it comfy and dry.

elevators awful, too few and very slow, takes forever to get up the parking deck if you are on a upper floor, people yelling from the balcony late into the night, no door on the bathroom, require an armband whenever you step out of the room, beach too crowded
