Denna fantastiska två sovrum ligger på Edgewater Beach och Golf Resort och ligger på andra våningen. Vår Golf Villa Unit 516 ligger i 500 byggnaden som ligger bara några steg till stranden och nära till allt. Det är en nyligen ombyggd och uppdaterad enhet. Vardagsrummet erbjuder utsikt över golfbanan och solnedgångar som ingen annan! Njut av den expansiva balkong som löper från vardagsrummet hela vägen över till sovrummet.

Det första sovrummet är en vacker mästare som har en king size-säng med privat uppdaterad bad och en platt-TV. En stor klädkammare, sängkammare och byrå ger förvaringsutrymme. Det andra sovrummet har också en king size-säng, byrå, platt-tv, garderob och ett badrum. En inbyggd hårtork är tillgänglig för din bekvämlighet. Ett stort utbud av högkvalitativa, handdukar och dukar tvätta har också lämnats.

Vardagsrummet är rymligt med en platt-TV och har uppdaterat inredning, en stor uppdaterad kök med vackra skåp och rostfria vitvaror och matplats perfekt för underhållande. Köket är fullt utrustat med köksredskap, kastruller och stekpannor, glas och bestick. Denna villa har vackra klinkergolv och granit bänkskivor. Båda sovrummen har matta golv. Wi-Fi finns i lägenheten för våra gäster.

En stor kapacitet främre belastningen tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns i enheten samt en full storlek diskmaskin. En förrätt leverans av tvättmedel, diskmedel, soppåsar, och toalettpapper tillhandahålls.

Denna villa ligger mittemot en gemensam pool, gym, tennisbanor och konferenscenter. Parkering finns precis utanför din lägenhet. Om du inte vill gå kort sträcka till stranden eller lagunen poolen är en spårvagn tillgänglig för dig eller gå till poolen några steg från ytterdörren till Villa.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort är 110 hektar av paradiset och är den enda full service utväg i Panama City Beach, som erbjuder ett brett utbud av bekvämligheter och alla aktiviteter som är tänkbara. Very comfortable

The house is much nicer than the pictures let on I very much enjoyed our stay. The property owner was very friendly and great at communicating. I will be returning again.

Very nice. Would stay there again. Very well decorated and great location. Only down side is that is gets little warm, not to to bad. However, I like to be an ICE BOX. Overall great place to stay.

Great Location!

Location: The picture for the listing leads you to believe the property is on the beach, but it's not. It's on the other side of Front Beach Rd., and that's okay. The bridge leading to the other side of the property where the beach and lagoon pool are, is very close to the condo. And the small pool is also very close to the condo. Cleanliness: The condo was clean for the most part, however, the floor is extremely dirty. We don't use shoes in our own home so when we were walking on the floors with our bare feet, they were covered in black dirt/film so that was kind of gross. BRING TOILET PAPER! There was only one roll in each bathroom and no replacement. Also bring dish soap if you plan on hand-washing dishes. The owner provided two dishwasher pods. Communication: The owner was very good and communicating with us. She even told us about the beach chair/umbrella rental she had lined up for us. We really enjoyed that. Overall: We enjoyed it very much! Just remember to bring toilet paper, dish soap, liquid hand soap if you prefer that, otherwise there is bar soap provided.

Nice condo, just not what we were expecting

After Dune Delight is a very nice condo, the inside looks just like the pictures on the website. The outside of the condo with the pictures of the beautiful pools looks nothing like the website, those pools are across the street at the Edgewater Beach Resort on the Gulf. You have to either get in your car and drive there or call the security guard and request a trolly ride over and a second request for a return ride back. This is a nice place but I would prefer to spend my vacation in a condo on the beach with the pretty pools within walking distance of my door.

2 of my marine veterans and myself stayed at Mrs.Carolyn place..it was very comfy, quite at night as far as the living community. Gated n security..even had a separate lot to park bike trailer..Mrs.Carolyn was greatas a host and making you feel comfortable.She even checked on a like a waiter to make sure we were good

Spring break

We enjoyed our trip so much! The location was amazing, condo was beautiful, clean, and close to the pools and beach. We LOVED the added beach umbrella and chairs. We will definitely look at returning here.

PCB Vacay

The property was in a great location and easy to access. We had a few issues with ac not cooling the first full day but it worked fine after that. I slipped and fell in the hallway because the floors were sandy and slick when we got there. Cleaning crew needs to sweep and vacuum floors better. We could see sand and dirt in corners. The fold out sofa bed will not pull out very well. We got it out once but never could pull it out again. All in all it was good.

Wonderful Vacation

Lovely condo only a short walk to the beach. Very clean. Easy access to all things you would need/want on a vacation at the beach. You really don't have to go off site. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location for families

Carolyn was a lovely host and very responsive to my questions. This location is awesome for families as it is a short walk to the beach and pool. Not to mention they also have staff with golf carts transporting people all over the property all the time. The place is very clean and we felt like we had plenty of towels. We brought our own beach towels. A few things to know if you are coming with a family: - this is a very bare-bones VRBO. Be prepared to bring everything from pump hand soap (there is only those tiny hotel bars in the bathrooms), to Kleenex, to salt and pepper, to laundry detergent and even sponges and dishwasher liquid. - this is a fine kitchen if you only plan on being there for a short time and not doing a lot of cooking. If you’re planning on staying for a week and doing all of your meals there you will need to bring a whole lot of stuff including all your spices, oils, foil, saran wrap, etc. - my two suggestions for the host would be to change out the carpet in the bedrooms. It’s pretty old and stained. And invest in 100% cotton sheets for the beds. The beds were very comfortable but the polyester sheets did not breathe at all. Overall we had a lovely time for our long weekend with the kids and spent most of the time at the beach and enjoying the pool and amenities. Great location for Panama City. 😁

Perfect spot

I was there for the PCB Half Ironman and I couldn't have wished for a better spot. It was almost on top of the registration location and a stones throw away from transition. The manager was great to communicate with and place was wonderfully clean. Thank you Carolyn.

Very Nice Property

The property is located in close proximity to Pier Park and other places of interest. Our unit was nicely decorated with modern appliances, comfortable accommodations and very clean. Communication with the owner was timely and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

PCB Is The Place To Be

Carolyn Smith is an excellent host. She is fully engaged with her guests and strives to make the rental experience as seamless as possible. Her rental unit is conveniently located in the Villa complex, and is mere steps away to the Edgewater clubhouse and the pedestrian beach crossover. The unit is comfortable, clean, and has a well appointed kitchen. The beach is wide and stretches miles in either direction giving one a sense of space. Its white sand and medium surf, make for a relaxing day outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 months visit and give Carolyn and her unit, two thumbs up!
