Denna fantastiska två sovrum ligger på Edgewater Beach och Golf Resort och ligger på andra våningen. Vår Golf Villa Unit 516 ligger i 500 byggnaden som ligger bara några steg till stranden och nära till allt. Det är en nyligen ombyggd och uppdaterad enhet. Vardagsrummet erbjuder utsikt över golfbanan och solnedgångar som ingen annan! Njut av den expansiva balkong som löper från vardagsrummet hela vägen över till sovrummet.

Det första sovrummet är en vacker mästare som har en king size-säng med privat uppdaterad bad och en platt-TV. En stor klädkammare, sängkammare och byrå ger förvaringsutrymme. Det andra sovrummet har också en king size-säng, byrå, platt-tv, garderob och ett badrum. En inbyggd hårtork är tillgänglig för din bekvämlighet. Ett stort utbud av högkvalitativa, handdukar och dukar tvätta har också lämnats.

Vardagsrummet är rymligt med en platt-TV och har uppdaterat inredning, en stor uppdaterad kök med vackra skåp och rostfria vitvaror och matplats perfekt för underhållande. Köket är fullt utrustat med köksredskap, kastruller och stekpannor, glas och bestick. Denna villa har vackra klinkergolv och granit bänkskivor. Båda sovrummen har matta golv. Wi-Fi finns i lägenheten för våra gäster.

En stor kapacitet främre belastningen tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns i enheten samt en full storlek diskmaskin. En förrätt leverans av tvättmedel, diskmedel, soppåsar, och toalettpapper tillhandahålls.

Denna villa ligger mittemot en gemensam pool, gym, tennisbanor och konferenscenter. Parkering finns precis utanför din lägenhet. Om du inte vill gå kort sträcka till stranden eller lagunen poolen är en spårvagn tillgänglig för dig eller gå till poolen några steg från ytterdörren till Villa.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort är 110 hektar av paradiset och är den enda full service utväg i Panama City Beach, som erbjuder ett brett utbud av bekvämligheter och alla aktiviteter som är tänkbara. Very comfortable

Very nice. Would stay there again. Very well decorated and great location. Only down side is that is gets little warm, not to to bad. However, I like to be an ICE BOX. Overall great place to stay.

Spring break

We enjoyed our trip so much! The location was amazing, condo was beautiful, clean, and close to the pools and beach. We LOVED the added beach umbrella and chairs. We will definitely look at returning here.

Great Location

I enjoyed the home. The owner of the home, is a great she responds quickly. The location, we loved it. The golf cart picks you up to take you across the bridge to the beach area. I would stay again!!

2 of my marine veterans and myself stayed at Mrs.Carolyn place..it was very comfy, quite at night as far as the living community. Gated n security..even had a separate lot to park bike trailer..Mrs.Carolyn was greatas a host and making you feel comfortable.She even checked on a like a waiter to make sure we were good

Wonderful Vacation

Lovely condo only a short walk to the beach. Very clean. Easy access to all things you would need/want on a vacation at the beach. You really don't have to go off site. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice condo, just not what we were expecting

After Dune Delight is a very nice condo, the inside looks just like the pictures on the website. The outside of the condo with the pictures of the beautiful pools looks nothing like the website, those pools are across the street at the Edgewater Beach Resort on the Gulf. You have to either get in your car and drive there or call the security guard and request a trolly ride over and a second request for a return ride back. This is a nice place but I would prefer to spend my vacation in a condo on the beach with the pretty pools within walking distance of my door.

PCB Vacay

The property was in a great location and easy to access. We had a few issues with ac not cooling the first full day but it worked fine after that. I slipped and fell in the hallway because the floors were sandy and slick when we got there. Cleaning crew needs to sweep and vacuum floors better. We could see sand and dirt in corners. The fold out sofa bed will not pull out very well. We got it out once but never could pull it out again. All in all it was good.

Review

Edgewater: The resort charged $40 per week to use their work out facility. There are no grills on the resort. The resort staff woke us each morning at 0630 performing golf course maintenance. The actual unit was comfortable but its structure did not very well filter or block street traffic, golf course or parking lot noise. When the folks downstairs slammed their front door, the entire structure seemed to shake. The unit was not cleaned as well as we expected. Dining table had crumbs on it. Paper trash was left under the master bed sitting on top of failed blind slats, which I assume previous renters placed there and have since gone undiscovered. Mold was found around the kitchen sink lips and there was a pad of mold actually hanging from the kitchen faucet. The rugs were all streaked with dark patches. There was an exposed incandescent light bulb hanging from the ceiling fixture in the master bath without any cover plate. The kitchen flatware had numerous cracks and chips. Cookware was cheap but serviceable. The blinds in both master bathroom and living room need to be replaced as neither work well. The living room sliding glass door is very hard to open and close. The living room X-Finity remote was almost useless for the first three days but seemed to get some of its mojo back by Wednesday. Use the hold function on the thermostat to set a comfortable temperature for the unit. Three clocks never worked in the unit. Bottom line, the unit worked. It had flaws like every place does. Our main disappointments were in a lack of grill area, unit noise and cleanliness. We enjoyed the beach and walks on that beach, resort hot tubs and pool. Mr. Maine’s pizza shop outside the gate is awesome: pizza, subs, wings, etc...

Great Location!

Location: The picture for the listing leads you to believe the property is on the beach, but it's not. It's on the other side of Front Beach Rd., and that's okay. The bridge leading to the other side of the property where the beach and lagoon pool are, is very close to the condo. And the small pool is also very close to the condo. Cleanliness: The condo was clean for the most part, however, the floor is extremely dirty. We don't use shoes in our own home so when we were walking on the floors with our bare feet, they were covered in black dirt/film so that was kind of gross. BRING TOILET PAPER! There was only one roll in each bathroom and no replacement. Also bring dish soap if you plan on hand-washing dishes. The owner provided two dishwasher pods. Communication: The owner was very good and communicating with us. She even told us about the beach chair/umbrella rental she had lined up for us. We really enjoyed that. Overall: We enjoyed it very much! Just remember to bring toilet paper, dish soap, liquid hand soap if you prefer that, otherwise there is bar soap provided.
