Good price in great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect size place for us. It was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the sun on the balcony in the morning to sit out thete and enjoy a cup of coffee. The only suggestion I have would be to have more hooks to hang wet towels, and space to hang clothes.

Room 1410 had a odd lay out .excellent view from balcony needed a new shower curtain and the towels had odd smell. Excellent bed slept great. excellent location to inadequate elevators not enough of them.Parking garage is tight for full size vehicles.Pool was very nice and clean.Now the worst part of this stay was water main coming onto the island broke on second day there we were on 14 floor we were out of water for 30 hours we had to carry water in what ever we could find to flush the toilets. 3 floor never lost water but condo closed bathrooms on the lower floors I know it's not facility's fault about water pressure but it's not mine either. I paid for an experience and going 30 hours without water was not it.And talking with people around there this seems to happen alot. In my opinion these large facility's need to have a contingency plan for things like this because this cost me extra not them.Almost forgot air conditioning does not work when water is off also.

Nice little condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the stay, however the eeserved parking is parking has no reason or organization in the parking locations. The elevators are slow when busy. The resort arm bands don't work very well.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on a Sunday evening. Parking garage is a headache and very hard to find the spot initially. Got to the room, beautiful view. Sat down on the toilet in the main bathroom and it was not attached to the floor and I almost fell off it. Was not able to call maintenance due to their hours until the next morning, thankfully there was a second half bath we could all use until then. They did send someone out to fix it the next day. Took them a few hours, still didn’t seem very stable the rest of our visit, but it was usable. The main refrigerator did not work. Thankfully they had a smaller fridge and freezer we could use, but just couldn’t store as much. The beach was crazy busy each time we went out, no where to sit. But it’s just a busy time of year, I know. The room was okay other than those issues. The elevator situation is a mess! Could wait up to 30 minutes for the elevator. We were on the 14th floor but ended up using the stairs A LOT! Even though they had signs posted everywhere, every seat at the pool was always taken with people’s towels so there was no where to sit for those not swimming. Probably would not stay at this location again due to the amount of people, the parking garage, and the elevators.

Room was clean and as described. We did not have a need to contact the property manager, all things reservation related went as they should. The resort itself is old, outdated, slightly dirty in comparison to others, rusty doors, chipping paint, the pool deck has dirty stagnant water everywhere. The beach was a little dirty. The upkeep could have been much better. The biggest thing was how unfriendly a lot of the staff and people on this area were. The elevators suck and the forever along with the parking garage. Have patience. Staying down near pier park in the past was better. Much cleaner nicer area. But the room was good and Blue swell rentals did their part with the room!
