Come and relax in paradise. The community has 3 pools (1 heated) 5 Tennis courts, walking trails, a private fishing pier, tennis, parks and so much more. Great location where you take advantage of the many things to do on the property or you are within a few minutes of popular area attractions.

Place to stay in st Augustine

Ower all we are vey much suttisfied and recomend the property for others to use. It is very clean, not far from the town,the direction that was sent wery clear and easy to follow. There are 3 pools to use one is warm, we use it just ones but it was nice. the pools closes at 5:45

Beautiful condo in a quiet, beautiful complex

I stayed here for two months, and had a lovely time. A very convenient location for either Saint Augustine or points south. The condo was very safe and comfortable, and the host was readily available. I enjoyed my stay very much. Thanks!

Great time!

Chris was amazing! Responded to any questions right away. We had a great time. Everyone we met in the complex was very kind and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and things to see. We also enjoyed their company at the heated pool. I would definitely recommend this place and will hopefully be back in the future.

Spacious Value

We stayed a mont and enjoyed every day we had in this second story apartment. It was super clean and all appliances, TVs, and fixtures worked perfectly. The location gave quick access to Walmart, Target, a plethora of restaurants, and Old Town.

Second stay and planning more!

This was our second time staying at this property and I’m sure we will be back. It’s home away from home and feels so very safe as it’s in a wonderful community. It has kitchen supplies along with bath towels and such so no need to worry about lugging those things from your actual home. The property manager is very thoughtful when it comes to sharing this property and supplying with the basic needs you wouldn’t have at a hotel. Love, love, love this place!

Great vacation

The condo was very comfortable. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable but the beds in the other room need box springs under the mattresses. The condo was a nice size. We really liked having a screened in porch. I would recommend getting better dishes and pans in the kitchen. The frying pans were so old and scratched that we went out and bought ourselves a new frying pan. We also needed to buy cutting knives and a carrot peeler. I understand that glass plates may get broken but a few Corell plates would be nice instead of plastic. These are suggestions but I would still recommend this condo.

Not near homesick ☺️

Our stay was amazing! As soon as we stepped into the rental we could smell how clean and taken care of it was. Just about any basic necessities were provided and it was a very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time at the property and would love to return.

Our true home away from home

This was our 3rd stay and we’ve already booked it for a December stay. Clean, comfortable, well maintained and a quiet neighborhood make this an ideal spot. It’s on the 2nd level with a nice view off the balcony.

St. Augustine Shores Condo

Stayed for 3 weeks in late January/early February. Chris was an excellent host. Responded immediately to any questions we had. Condo was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. The only suggestion I have is that you inquire ahead of time about a parking pass. There is limited guest parking in the lot immediately in front of the stairs leading up to the condo. We occasionally had to park in an adjacent lot. Not a huge deal as it’s still close, but if you are carrying stuff back and forth it’s nice to park right by the stairs. Overall it was a great stay with no issues. Thanks Chris.

Conquistador excellente!

Chris was highly responsive from our first communication four months before our arrival. He is helpful and prompt with any questions or concerns. The property is clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. We will rent again if there are opportunities to do so.

This is a great resort like community with impeccable grounds in such a convenient spot with quick access to the beach and St Augustine. It's only about 45 minutes from Jacksonville and 1 1/2 hours from Disney.
