the amenities around which was not used. the numbers on the buildings are hard to read because they are black and not white hand hard to see at night. The letters need to be painted white.

Relaxing Stay

Renting this condo was smooth and easy. We arrived and the place was exactly as described. It was cute and clean and perfect for the three of us. Property manager very responsive to any question we had. Location private but close enough to everything. Highly recommend it.

The condo was very nice , the beds were hard and small , we could not park close to the condo due to lack of permit that was only for the condo owners and my wife is some what handicap which made it hard on her trying to get to the condo .

Very nice condo - very happy with my stay - owners were GREAT!

This location was great for our stay. My daughter was graduating Flagler College & super easy to get in & out. Loved everything this condo had to offer. Wash machine & Dryer, dishwasher, extra towels, even a cute welcome sign for my husband & I. Plus a congrates to my daughter. :-)

Comfortable Condo

Beautiful ground floor condo. Elegantly decorated, comfortable sitting area and bedrooms. All the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Washer/dryer on premises was a bonus. Area was easy for walking, going to the pools or driving to attractions in St. Augustine.

Great place

Loved the location of our VRBO very quiet and a park and pier to walk and see the river. The pools were nice too. We had a wonderful time. Our contact person for the property was in communication the whole time. Getting to the place and getting into the place was easy. Very welcoming.

Overall was a cute, cozy , very clean. Was quiet. Little further out from the historic center than I'm use too. My 2 daughters & daughter in law to be stayed in the condo. Enjoyed our stay.

Good clean condo with everything you need that’s only a short 20 minute drive away from town.

We had a great experience at this condo. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location that was only 20 minutes from all the attractions St Augustine. The only slight criticism I would give is that the couch wasn’t super comfortable and was a little hard so an update could help. But overall, we had a great experience with no problems at all.

Very convenient

This property was well stocked with everything needed for our stay. It was very clean and conveniently located near historic downtown St. Augustine. The hosts were very nice and understanding when I got the dates of checkout confused and was about an hour late leaving. Apparently, we were having such a wonderful time I got the days mixed up but we quickly came back, packed and left with the host being so understanding. We will definitely come back.

Nice Unit

Enjoyed our stay. The unit was well appointed and conveniently located, however the it was a little smaller than it appeared in the photo and the couch was uncomfortable as well. Overall a very nice unit.

The condo is quiet with a picuresque view

The condo was quiet with a picturesque view of the woods. It was just a short walk to view the river. It was very clean and the host was easy to reach ad very nice. The furnitire is not comfortable. Not a single peice of furniture in the entire place is designed for comfortably lounging.
