Enjoy our cozy cottage stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing retreat in St. Augustine. Two comfy bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and living room are great for friends and families. Situated in a cute older neighborhood just across the river from downtown, it’s a quick drive to everything. When you return from a day exploring St. Augustine, you can enjoy sitting on the porch under the grand oak tree. Parking is free and easily accommodates two cars. The up and coming West King area has some excellent bars and restaurants and is a short walk away. For the adventurous walkers downtown is only 1.5 miles away. The beach is about a fifteen minute drive and the St. Augustine Amphitheater is about a ten minute drive.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed by how spotless and welcoming this cottage was. The decor is tasteful, cozy, and clearly put together with care, making it feel like a true home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better — a short drive to the heart of St. Augustine, close to all the history, shops, dining, and fun the city has to offer. We loved being able to explore during the day and come back to such a comfortable and charming space in the evenings.This cottage was the perfect getaway spot, and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this very cute home. It really is very close to the Historic District. The house was very clean and we could not find anything wrong with it. Will be choosing it again next trip to St. Augustine

Dream Cottage

Comfortable Home Excellent Location

We spent 10 days in St Augustine and were very happy with the cleanliness and amenities of this cute little house. The location is the best for historic downtown or beach time. Some great local restaurants just down the street. Would stay again.

Excellent little cottage

Excellent property, meticulously maintained, tastefully decorated. Easy parking, large side yard and minutes to downtown St. Augustine’s. We had a great 4 days here and will be coming back.

The curtains matched the drapes!

Sometimes an VRBO ad doesn't live up to the billing. Not so here! Everything was perfect. The location, the house, the communication. We look forward to staying here again!

Cozy and Convenient

This was the cutest and coziest house. The check in process was very easy and the owner was very nice! I would recommend anyone to stay here if they would like to stay somewhere close to the historic district about 10 minutes away. Owner was very helpful with anything I needed and would definitely return!
