Cozy cottage in a cute neighborhood with parking, close to historic downtown!

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage w/ open floor plan. Situated in a cute older neighborhood just across the river from downtown, a quick drive to everything. Enjoy sitting on the porch under the grand oak tree or on grilling on the patio. The up and coming West King area has some excellent bars and restaurants and is a short walk away. For the adventurous walkers downtown is only 1.5 miles away. The beach is about a fifteen minute drive and the St. Augustine Amphitheater is about a ten minute drive.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed by how spotless and welcoming this cottage was. The decor is tasteful, cozy, and clearly put together with care, making it feel like a true home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better — a short drive to the heart of St. Augustine, close to all the history, shops, dining, and fun the city has to offer. We loved being able to explore during the day and come back to such a comfortable and charming space in the evenings.This cottage was the perfect getaway spot, and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this very cute home. It really is very close to the Historic District. The house was very clean and we could not find anything wrong with it. Will be choosing it again next trip to St. Augustine

Dream Cottage

Comfortable Home Excellent Location

We spent 10 days in St Augustine and were very happy with the cleanliness and amenities of this cute little house. The location is the best for historic downtown or beach time. Some great local restaurants just down the street. Would stay again.
