Enjoy our cozy cottage stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing retreat in St. Augustine. Two comfy bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and living room are great for friends and families. Situated in a cute older neighborhood just across the river from downtown, it’s a quick drive to everything. When you return from a day exploring St. Augustine, you can enjoy sitting on the porch under the grand oak tree. Parking is free and easily accommodates two cars. The up and coming West King area has some excellent bars and restaurants and is a short walk away. For the adventurous walkers downtown is only 1.5 miles away. The beach is about a fifteen minute drive and the St. Augustine Amphitheater is about a ten minute drive.

Dream Cottage

This little cottage was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Not only was it homey and beautiful, but anything I could have needed was provided to make my stay easy and comfortable. I’d recommend this cottage to anyone. I hope I can return someday!

Comfortable Home Excellent Location

We spent 10 days in St Augustine and were very happy with the cleanliness and amenities of this cute little house. The location is the best for historic downtown or beach time. Some great local restaurants just down the street. Would stay again.

Cute cottage in good location

We loved staying here and definitely would book again! Close to historic downtown and the rest of the attractions we were interested in, and it was a super cute and well decorated place!

Excellent little cottage

Excellent property, meticulously maintained, tastefully decorated. Easy parking, large side yard and minutes to downtown St. Augustine’s. We had a great 4 days here and will be coming back.

The curtains matched the drapes!

Sometimes an VRBO ad doesn't live up to the billing. Not so here! Everything was perfect. The location, the house, the communication. We look forward to staying here again!

Cozy and Convenient

This was the cutest and coziest house. The check in process was very easy and the owner was very nice! I would recommend anyone to stay here if they would like to stay somewhere close to the historic district about 10 minutes away. Owner was very helpful with anything I needed and would definitely return!

Cozy cottage

The cottage was exactly as billed. It was quite cozy and situated in a very quiet section of old St. Augustine. We found the owner very responsive to our needs and easy to contact. My wife and I were very comfortable there and our daughter spent several nights in the second bedroom visiting with us.

Pre Wedding celebration

My girlfriend is getting married in a month and I wanted to do something special for her. Since we are both golfers we met in St Augustine to share some girl time together, get in a round of golf and enjoy the Columbia and Floridian restaurants. Everything was in good order at the cottage and we couldn't have had a better time. We lacked nothing and would highly recommend this place! Host was very responsive.

Clean and quaint and homey

Beautiful property and well decorated and very clean. Felt like a true home instead of a hotel rental. We were able to settle in and relax and didn’t want to leave. Amazing amenities and we were super grateful for the trash bags and laundry soap and towels. Will definitely want to stay again.

Night of Lights
