Bayfront location in Belmont Shore. Extra large patio with two tables/umbrellas. BBQ with the gas grill while watching the paddle boarders, boaters and sun bathers on the bay. Two paddle boards and one kayak available and included AT NO CHARGE. Large flat screen with Direct TV in living room. Has assigned parking, which is very desirable and rare for the area. Short walk to the shops and restaurants on 2nd street, Belmont Shore. Great people watching and fantastic sunrise from the unit. Bayshore ave is closed to vehicular traffic from June 15 to Sept 15, 9 am to 5pm daily, creating a large "boardwalk" condition directly in front of the property. Please do not bring any undisclosed pets to the property for ANY amount of time as a $500 charge will be incurred.

Great Weekend on the Bay

Great property and location

John was very responsive to all of my questions. This is a great location for all ages. Everything is within walking distance, the bay is across the street and the beach is a short walk. We would definitely go back!

Great Location

Best view and location. Place was very clean. Only issue is parking if you have more than one vehicle. Enjoyed the morning view with a cup of coffee on the patio. Great place to relax. Would definitely stay again.

Best location around!

We loved our stay and especially the amazing location! Across from the bay, short walk to restaurants, so many options available for delivery through door dash. House was well equipped, nice touch to have the paddle boards and sand toys. Would stay again!

Sister's weekend

Exactly as described.. My sister and I enjoyed our stay on the bay. The rental was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the proximity to 2nd street made for an easy walk to restraunts.

Location. Location. Location. The house could use some maintenance. Definitely a deep cleaning. The matress' are soft. The box springs are noisy when you move. The kitchen seems like a bachelor pad. The dishes had food remnence on them.🤔 Overall, good place to stay

Second time staying

This was our second time staying here. We really love this spot because of the location. Beautiful view of the water and is a short walk to the beach. John is a great host and has a kayak and two paddleboards for use. We took out the paddleboards and had a great time.

Wonderful location

A quick girls' trip and it was the perfect location. Restaurants, shops, and bars are all nearby. The beach is literally across the street and everyone is so friendly. Definitely an outdated unit but we were there for the outdoors, so we did not mind at all.

Location, location, location

This property is in the perfect location. Small beach across the street, big beach 2 blocks away, great restaurants along 2nd street, beautiful neighborhood. The house offers all amenities you can look for. I wish I could have had better pots and pans to cook my lunches, but, I was on vacation, donee decided to just relax. And yes, we would come back.

Million dollar views and steps to the sand.

My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend here. The house was spotless upon arrival, there was great and easy communication with the owner, John, whom is very nice and helpful, and it was equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. We enjoyed included kayak and paddle boards and beach chairs every day, but the best thing about this place was just relaxing on the huge front patio. Thank you for an amazing getaway. We hope to come back here again very soon.

Perfect Bayside Location

We're giving this a five star review for four primary reasons: 1) The location is just amazing; 2) Having a kayak and two paddle boards at our disposal was awesome; 3) We were thankful for the designated parking spot; and 4) The owner was really responsive and nice. My family of five just loved the fact that we could simply walk across the street to the Bayside Beach bay and enjoy the kayak and two paddle boards provided with this rental. The large patio is wonderful for relaxing, eating meals, people watching, and just taking in the view. We had the following positive interaction with the owner: He quickly resolved a stopped up kitchen sink (a previous guest had somehow lodged glass shards in the garbage disposal); he immediately refunded our pet fee when we found a pet sitter at the last minute and ended up leaving our dog at home; and we were able to meet the owner during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed a long friendly conversation. Full disclosure - yes, as other reviews have noted, the unit is a bit older and some of the dishes could have been cleaner, but all of the positive traits eclipse the small stuff. Five stars - we had an amazing time here!

FANTASTIC HOME

I came down to move my daughter into college and I usually stay at the embassy suites in Orange. I decided to find a place on the beach where she can ditch me all she wants and be with friends. Although she visited me daily. My dog and I were so happy here that it didn’t matter. The home is very clean, cozy and comfortable beds. The homes best feature is it’s location! The beach is literally in your backyard. Walking distance to ocean. Waves. Stones throw to the bay. Where we had a blast paddle boarding, supplied by the owner. Everyone we met was beyond welcoming. The host was amazing. Returned my text immediately !! I had all my questions answered and all my expectations met, and beyond. The home was so amazing that my husband and daughter came late in the stay for one night. None of us wanted to leave. In fact. I did leave a piece of my heart here.
