We're back and better than ever following Hurricane Ian!

While the beach is as inviting as ever, please note that the Fort Myers Beach area is rebounding from Hurricane Ian and not all amenities are available yet. Construction and rebuilding is present on the island and moving fast. The current status of restaurants and other amenities on the island is in a state of change and island amenities may not be available or operating.

Luxurious in every sense, enjoy the private heated pool and spa overlooking the canal. Plenty of outdoor space on 3 levels to bask in our Florida sunshine. All bedrooms have ensuite baths, high ceilings and beautiful new furniture and bedding. The pool level features a games area with ping pong, a large screen TV, seating area, and a half bathroom.

There's room for a 26ft boat to tie up at the dock so bring yours along or rent one for your stay. A brand new outdoor kitchen was just added! There are also a ping pong table, fishing pole holders, and a ladder for kayak use. Foosball and air hockey table are no longer available.

A beach cart, chair and pool towels are there for your use as well as a new gas grill. Our famous white sugar sand beach is only a 2 minute walk.

Other amenities this property includes are wifi, towels and linens, beach equipment, large grill and outdoor seating. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style. Plus two set of washers and dryers make laundry a quick and easy task!

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

When available, elevator use per request and approval of owner. No dogs or pets of any kind allowed.

No Spring Break Groups allowed except families! Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced. Minimum age requirement for at least two adults is 30, strictly enforced. Elevator not for guest use. Cameras exist facing the driveway and front door. Any stay longer than 14 days will require a mid-stay clean.

Great Place!

Great place to stay with large families. 5 min walk to the beach and pool and spa in the backyard. The canal was nice for fishing as well. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Spring Break

First time our family has visited the island. We've traveled quite extensively throughout the country and prefer a sense of home that a single family house such as this offers. I have to say that Catch & Relax ranks up there will the best homes we've rented. Everything was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the management company was responsive to a couple of small requests that we did make. We enjoyed being on the quieter south end of the island but still found it quick and easy to make it to the north side for additional entertainment/food options. No need to hesitate on renting here if you're looking to book a trip to FMB. Hope to be back again!

Peaceful Harmony

We had a wonderful week enjoying this beautiful home. It was plenty spacious for our family of 7. The canal was an added plus for us, since we brought our paddle boards. Modern and up to date. Having two sets of washer and dryers made the week a breeze for doing laundry. Plenty of beach supplies plus towels. Location was great. Simple to go into Bonita Springs for dinner. Far enough away from the Fort Meyer’s traffic. Walk to beach also easy. Publix right down the street. We would definitely enjoy coming back to this house again. Thank you for sharing your home!!!

Relaxation Retreat

We had a wonderful time at Catch and Relax with our large family! The house was beautiful and the beach decor made you feel right at home. We loved that each couple had their own bathroom making getting ready for dinners or days at the beach a breeze. There is access to laundry on the second floor and we often used this amenity.

The house was beautiful, very clean. Down the street from the beach. The pool was very nice and the hot tub heats up very quickly. We had no issues while staying here, and the property manager Linda, was very responsive. They do have an elevator so its perfect to help you take up groceries and luggage up to the rooms and living spaces. I am definitely going to stay here again

Beautiful house

Wonderful house. Love the Pool, grill, etc. Bathrooms for everyone is nice. Only issue we had was intermittent internet the entire trip- constantly dropping while trying to work and TVs in certain rooms had issues connecting at all. Was an issue more for the grandparents but overall still an awesome house! Would highly recommend!! Location is amazing as well.

Fabulous house

Everything about this house was exactly as stated….beautiful, new, comfortable in every way…pool/hot tub entertained our family, hot tub especially nice since we had a few cool days. Walk across to beautiful beach with amazing cart/chairs/umbrellas all included was easy and amazing! Communication with property manager was good…answered immediately and responded quickly to make few things right….We will happily rent again!

Great House with Lots of Room

We recently stayed with our two adult children and their families, this house was great because we could spread out and have room to ourselves. There was plenty of room for everyone but yet plenty of room in the common areas for everyone to gather. The beach is not a far walk, just around the corner and it was great having the beach items available in the garage to use. There are some good restaurants in the Santini Marina Plaza, we also rented a boat from Fish Tale marina that was a lot of fun. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home

This house is amazing! Our family had a wonderful stay. We loved the basement, pool, and hot tub. The canal was awesome. We brought paddle boards and paddled and fished right off the nice dock/deck. The home had almost everything in the kitchen that we needed- thank goodness bc we ate in all week. Traffic to get down town was terrible (1hour and 20 minutes to get to Walmart 5 miles away). Just be aware. The beach access was a little farther than expected but I think that had to do with construction across the street. This home is on the expensive side for sure, but we loved it.

Great

House is fantastic. Location great beach is right there, publix is close. We stayed for thanksgiving with our family and there was plenty of room. Having the 1/2 bath and full size refrigerator right outside of the pool was great. The only thing that would of been perfect is we could of had the elevator working for my mom who can't really do stairs that was one of the main reason I booked this home. Otherwise everything was great everyone had their own bathrooms, pool and hot tub was awesome and having the laundry was wonderdul. we would definitely book again and hope the elevator would be available. The host was quickly responsive as well… five stars

Amazing trip - house was perfect!

We were a group of 8 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 4 teens) and this house could NOT have been more perfect. It was such a quick walk to the beach which was beautiful - we went everyday and then back again for sunset. Super convenient to have the 7-11 at the end of the street and the Publix & CVS not far away. The pool was great. We rented a boat for the week and tied up right to the back dock. The kitchen was really well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc - there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 beach carts and a small cooler. I honestly cannot think of any improvements. The manager was wonderful to work with - very responsive and helpful. We would 100% come back and stay again.

Loved Catch and Relax

My family of four and my brother's family of six all stayed comfortably in this beautiful, spacious, and clean home. The photos are very accurate. The beach is a short walk down the street and across the road. The outdoor space at the house with pool and hot tub is lovely. It was stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, and cooler. The downtown area is a little farther away, and the only issue we had all week was with traffic. Around 4pm the road leading into town would back up. There is a trolley system, which is great, but one day we hopped off the trolley to walk because it was faster. Many places have opened back up, but there are still lots of places closed from the hurricane as of this review.

Beautiful home during "hurricane" Elsa

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate my parents 40th wedding anniversary. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom which is a total game changer! It was so nice for everyone to have their own space but also have a ton of communal space to hang out and play games. The house is absolutely stunning! We loved the game room and the pool. The beach is just a short walk away and a convenient 7/11 right down the street. We were worried about hurricane Elsa, but we got lucky! Just a couple rainy days which made the game room come in handy (HIGHLY recommend an air hockey tournament!). We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate and reconnect after a year of chaos. I am a little bummed to see the price of this home go up as much as it did though since we booked it! It was such a wonderful stay.

Our group of 9 had a wonderful time at the property. We made good use of the back yard which had plenty of lounge chairs, a nicely heated pool and hot spa. The beach access was an easy short walk! Linda was certainly helpful with our booking questions and Coastal Breeze was very good at promptly attending to a couple of issues that arose. As mentioned in a previous review, the wifi had to be reset several times but there was good coverage even in the back yard when it was working smoothly. A few updates not in photos: there is now a house on either side but there are shrubs/plants to help give privacy to the backyard pool area, there is an extension dock ladder affixed to the canal decking to use if you want to rent a kayak or canoe and paddle on the canal, and there is a pontoon boat and its lift on the left side of backyard when looking at the canal.

Great location

Had a great time with plenty of space. Could enjoy beach or pool. Rented a boat and was able to tie up at house. Rented bikes and could get to restaurants and shops.

Fort Meyers Beach

We arrived at the house to see a new house being built right next door. I wish someone would have mentioned that before we arrived. The owner was gracious enough to compensate us with a lower rate because of the construction. The property was awesome. The house is clean and comfortable. The pool and spa are well maintained and easy to heat. Two refrigerators worked well for the family meals and drinks. The grill works great and is kept clean. The beach was not what I expected. The beach sand was not maintained in that area and had a pungent algae smell from the water. Other than that, the vacation was fantastic.

Family vacation

We were very pleased with this rental. It was plenty big for our family group. The beach was super close and there were tons of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. I would definitely rent this place again.
