Another bedroom comes with two Double beds and a closet and finally the largest room on this level features a Queen bed with private bath and walk-in-shower. All rooms are equipped with large Flat-screen smart TV's with free YouTube TV. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer and iron/ironing board. This level has a main bathroom with a tubbed shower. There is a generous open concept living area with an oversized sliding door and a balcony with an outdoor seating area with an amazing view of the gulf.

The kitchen features are all new stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully loaded with everything you may need for your stay. The dining area has a large table that can easily seat an entire family, with additional seating at the center island.

The bottom level and back yard has a very large covered lanai with large screen TV. Easily watch any event or show from our very large heated salt water pool or champagne Spa. There is plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to either sit in the shade or enjoy the Florida sun.
