We’ve been coming down to Fort Myers beach for the last 13 years and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed! David the owner was great to work with. The house was great and views from the balconies were amazing!!!!

Excellent house on the beach

The property was fantastic. Right on the beach and close enough to the busy part of town, but in a quieter section of the island. The house had lots of great amenities and everything we needed for our long weekend vacation. Host was great in helping us check-in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

Family beach vacation

This was our third time at this house and we loved it. Family had fun at the beach and the house was great. The owner is always prompt to answer any questions, which is appreciated. We can’t wait to go again next year!

GREAT LOCATION

Amazing location, right on the beach! Far away from the crowded beaches but close enough to drive into town for dinner. An easy walk to the grocery store. Ft. Meyers is still recovering but this house is ready to go. Will rent again!

Family vacation

The house was gorgeous & right on the beach. My elderly mother loved sitting on the deck off the master bdrm to gaze at the sunrise. Everything we needed was in the house & we couldn’t have asked for a better location. I highly recommend this property & would stay there again in the future.

Would go back again!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay! The home was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. Could not beat the beautiful beach view and convenience of being right on the beach. Communication with the property manager was top notch. Looking forward to returning back to this slice of beach paradise!

Absolutely perfect location and home!

House was beautiful and had everything we needed. Just need to bring yourself and the home and location will do the rest! We will definitely stay here again. Probably the best Fort Myers stay we have had and that’s saying a lot since we have been vacationing there semiannually for 20 years. Thanks David!

When we had a Question for the owner, He promptly got back to us.

Location is exactly as described. Very nice house and a great location. The beach is literally a one-minute walk from the back door of the house. Grocery store one block away. Thank you for the experience for my family.

First trip to Fort Myers Beach

This was an absolute amazing home ! This was our first trip down to the area. The house was equipped with everything needed! We rented a golf cart and scooters for the kids . The grocery store was literally a block away which was very convenient. We will definitely plan another trip back. Thank you again :)

Spring break 2024

3 weeks on the beautiful beach of FMB in this beautiful house was fabulous!!! This house has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, and any kind of beach items you could possibly need. The homeowner was great to work with and very accommodating. Great extended stay!

We loved our stay at this mid island property on Fort Meyers Beach. It was a 30sec walk to the beach with a great view of the gulf. We stayed 10 days and enjoyed the area restaurants. Our 3 kids had plenty of space for simply relaxing at the house or enjoying activity at the beach. We had no need to connect with the owner as everything worked as promised, but appreciated their call to confirm all was OK. Thank you! We would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing

Even though the Fort Meyers Beach area has a long way to go in completing its recovery from Ian, this house is amazing. David made sure our stay was everything we expected it to be. FMB needs the tourists to come back in order to complete the recovery. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions open to satisfy your beach craving. Take advantage of the short wait times, you won’t be disappointed.
