Your upscale vacationing begins with a well-appointed over-sized pool, cabana, and dock overlooking Estero Bay (shared with only 3 other homes located at the end of Delmar Ave on the right-hand side). Relax by the pool as you watch the yachts, sailboats and fishing boats go by. After fun days on the beach, at the pool, or exploring the island and surrounding areas, you will love this spacious home for family game nights or just a place to gather for a movie and a relaxing night.

Whose night is it to cook? You have options! Walk or drive to one of the newly opened on-island or off-island restaurants and enjoy the ocean breezes or show off your own culinary skills in the well-appointed kitchen. If you prefer something a little different, we can order up the "chef du jour” to cook a meal of your choice in the comfort of your beach home. If grilling is more your style, cook up your favorite foods on the large Weber grill.

Please NOTE: Induction stove tops are not “hot to the touch”. They heat through the metal pots/pans. Just because you don’t see or feel the heat, does not mean it’s not working! They also heat much faster than electric or gas cooktops.

We’re back and better than ever! You had to put your beach vacation on hold – but we are ready for you now! While our homes and town may look a little different and yards may not be as lush while Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, you will find all our homes have been either renovated or rebuilt, passing thorough inspections to meet your needs. Please be sure to read listing descriptions carefully when choosing your home.

A rental agreement that requires your signature will be emailed to you at the time of booking. The agreement needs to be complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.

Dogs are permitted in most, but not all, properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have restrictions based on the weight, age, or size of the dog; however, 2 is the maximum number allowed. If any unauthorized pet is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.

You must be at least Twenty-Five (25) Years old and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three (3) years old is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We provide Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your door lock code and check-in instructions through your guest portal and via email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
