Our newly remodeled adorable, 1500 Sq ft Beach home is a short, easy walk to our beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, entertainment all close by. This home has the luxuries of home and more! Appliances, linens, decor & furniture. Smart TV's in each room. Fully fenced yard. 1 mile from Port Canaveral, Cocoa beach Pier and Ron Jon’s Surf shop. This location makes day trips to Disney world, Universal Studios, Premier Sports Complex or Kennedy Space Center quick and easy. Pet friendly. Please confirm pet eligibility before booking. $100 fee per pet.

Christmas vacation

Loved how spacious the home was ,everything you need for beach , short walk to beach, park for kids and ice-cream shop. Kids loved watching the fire trucks come and go across the street

Cocoa Beach getaway

This home met all of our expectations. It was clea and a good location. It was nice to have use of the bikes and beach gear, and communication from the property manager was great.

Cape Canaveral Beach House

The beach house was delightfully decorated, very comfortable and had all of the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The beautiful beach was a short walk away in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for a family, with grocery and entertainment just a few minutes drive from the house.

Great location and responsive host!

Shawna is absolutely wonderful! This is our second time staying at this property and it has been great north times. Perfect distance from the beach, short drive to stores and Merritt island. I recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Cape Canaveral area :)

Beachy house

Spacious house and outdoor space. Very beachy decor. Quiet neighborhood. Very reasonable walk to a beach where we watched a rocket launch (50 miles away). Close to restaurants, shopping. Reasonable drive to museums, attractions.

Short & Sweet

Overall the house has everything you need for a visit. Pleasantly surprised at how many things this house had to offer for everyone of all ages. The kitchen has everything you need as well. We felt right at home. Will definitely be back! The guest book was a nice touch as well.

Family Spring Break

This place was the perfect location for our spring break vacation. We easily drove to tasty restaurants, stores, Kennedy Space Center, and Sea World. The beautiful beach was just a short walk/drive down the road. We forgot to pack our beach umbrella and were so thankful that there was one there to use! I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!

Cape Canaveral for the month of March

It was a wonderful stay, 3 blocks from the beach and everything you could ask for. Loved the neighbourhood and very easy to get around. Home was beautifully decorated and king size bed was comfy. Shawna was quick to respond to any correspondence I had. Check in was seamless. Would definitely stay again if available.

So dang cute!

This home was so perfectly decorated and was located close to the beach! The host was personable and quick to respond when needed. There are a couple local bars within walking distance that are perfect if you don’t want to drive and that worked out very well for us. We really loved and recommend Ellie Mae’s Tiki Bar location a street down on Jackson avenue. I recommend booking this home for your next stay in Cape Canaveral!

Cape Canaveral fun!

The house was perfect for us. Shawna was great to work with and very responsive when needed. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn’t cook much! Having the beach so close was perfect for viewing rocket 🚀 launches. We had to go down the road for a dog beach. The local dog park was good. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Ellie Mae’s and listen to music.

Week-long stay family with early 20 year olds

Check in was easy. Propery as described. The beach(camping) chairs, umbrellas and coolers a plus. Nice not have to buy a cooler. Not to far to drive to restaurants, beach mini golf and Kennedy Space center. Had all the dishes we needed. We cooked in breakfast and one dinner. Did not have any exterior noise to wake us up at night. We did not use any of the outdoor amenities.

More than a great house

This house is spectacular!! It is spacious, clean, comfortable and very well decorated in a beach theme. We have rented a lot of VRBO houses and this is the best stocked house we have ever stayed. The kitchen has everything. The bedrooms have lots of linens and the bathrooms not only had shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied but even had a hair dryer. All details were thought of including needs for children. There is a high chair, porta crib, and stroller for infants. For the beach, within walking distance, there are beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to take everything you need. There are bikes to get around the area. I cannot say enough good about this house and this would be a home we could live in. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location for a beach vacation and NASA experience. Lovely comfortable home for a family of 4 or more. If we ever make it back to the east coast, we will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation with Fur Baby

Enjoyed staying here for a week with my husband, 2 teenage boys, and Cavalier King Charles. Owners thought of everything that you could possibly need at the house (dishes, pots and pans, towels, shampoo, etc.) Beach was about a 7-10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive at the end of the road from the house. Chairs, beach umbrellas, extra coolers, bikes, beach wagon, etc. were provided to enjoy the beach. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard and we enjoyed sitting on the patio while he ran around. Our boys enjoyed the snacks that were provided for us upon our arrival. Each bedroom was very spacious with TVs. House was very clean and was perfect for a family of 4. We had a great time and experience with renters! Would stay again!!

I love the quiet and calm of our neighbourhood. Taking the short walk down to our beach entrance , while smelling the ocean and hearing the waves just made us fall in love with this town.

Whether you are down at the beach, shopping in town, enjoying the port, or all of the amusement parks close by. We have putt putt golf, ice cream shops and lots of activities for families. After a full day, enjoy the backyard quite with a fire pit and relax some more!
