Inne i detta strandhem är 2400 kvm. MED. av vardagsrum med 3 sovrum 2 1/2 badrum, loft och inhägnad gård. Det är också några steg från sandstranden Cocoa Beach och en kort promenad till den BERÖRDA COCOA BEACH PIER, som du kan se i slutet av vår gata!

Fina middagar och shopping är lättillgängliga inom gångavstånd. Det finns många fantastiska restauranger att välja mellan!

När du öppnar dörren till ditt strandhus känner du dig genast hemma. Den öppna planlösningen, högt i tak och vacker dekor är bara så välkomnande!

Loungen har gott om sittplatser med bekväma soffor och en 65 tums 4K Smart TV för att titta på filmer eller surfa på internet. Det finns många familjespel att spela eller böcker att läsa.

Gå in i det fullt utrustade köket med bänkskivor i granit, en enorm ö med vridpallar och gott om sittplatser.

Det finns ett 1/2 bad på första våningen, det är glittrande rent!

Gå upp trätrapporna till andra våningen som är värd för ett loftområde med en futon som rymmer två, tvättstuga med överdimensionerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och badrum.

Det stora sovrummet är privat, rymligt och vackert inredda! Den har ett badrum med jacuzzi-badkar för två, stalldusch och 55 tums platt-TV. Den har franska dörrar som leder ut till en täckt balkong. Njut av lugna morgnar med ditt kaffe och tittar på solen gå upp eller njut av en måltid.

Det andra sovrummet är rymligt, vackert dekorerat med en platt-TV.

Perfect home away from home

Sharon’s property is exactly what we were looking for on our little getaway. The house was conveniently located near shops, beaches, the pier and restaurants. She also makes sure you have everything you need for a perfect day, including extra towels, blankets, beach towels, and everything you could need for a day at the beach. We even saw a launch! Would love to be back!

Nicely situated by the beach. Very spacious and comfortable house. Lots of amenities. Unfortunately one of the neighbors attached to building were very noisy several evenings in a row.

Great place close to the beach!

We had a fantastic experience. Property location is super convenient, just a couple of blocks from the beach (beach essentials included - such as umbrellas, toys, coolers, etc!). Kids had a blast. Friendly host!

Overall, it is good, but I would like to see them clean out the garage if it is a rental unit. Also, the description says you can see the Coco Beach pier, and you can, but it is a long way off in the distance. House is nice, with large rooms. No problems with the house and it was well stocked. Neighborhood needs work.

Perfect for our needs

Well-stocked for beach fun, clean and plenty of seating in the living room area. The kids were impressed by the labeled light switches, there were plenty of blankets, towels and dishware. Perfect for our few days of fun after being in hectic Orlando.

Great House

The house was great for our 3 families children 9-17. Loved the beach wagon chairs toys . The kitchen was good for cooking a few meals. The living room/dining was excellent space to relax!

A Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our quick pre-cruise stay at this property. It was in a great location, close to visit Kennedy Space Center. We even were lucky enough to witness a rocket launch at midnight on our second night! Even though we didn't stay long enough to shop for and prepare our own meals, I took a quick peek into the kitchen cabinets. I always appreciate a great collection of utensils, accessories, and small appliances! If I had planned to cook, I would have been all set! Even spices were plentiful - and you could seat a small army if needed in the dining area!The house was in good repair, CLEAN, secure, and comfortable for our party of 6. We noticed many extras that had been thoughtfully provided, such as games, puzzles, books, and even flashlights. Should we be in the area again, I'd look forward to staying here again!

Everything was close and I walking distance. We stayed two nights before we went on our cruise. Nice place and clean. It had everything we needed. Make sure to pick your own shampoo and soap.

Family Meet-Up Weekend

Everything is as described with this home. It was a very comfortable stay for 6 adults and 3 teens. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and extra sheets and blankets, cool a/c, hot water, and a nicely stocked kitchen and a large gas grill in the backyard. We cooked one large dinner using the grill and kitchen, along with daily quick breakfasts and prep for lunch at the beach, and had everything that we needed. We had an easy commute to the Kennedy Space Center, and a quick walk to the beautiful beach. Garage had a nice assortment of beach paraphernalia, but was also clean and open enough to park 2 cars inside. Quick ride to the very large Ron Jon Surf Shop and ice cream shops. Easy communication with the host at every step of the process. Would highly recommend this home, and would consider renting again for a friends or family beach gathering or Kennedy Space Center visit. Hoping to be back watch a launch from the beach!

Great Family Getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach home. The location was perfect, straight walk to the beach and near all the restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Summer trip

We stayed a week at this location and it was perfect. A short walk to the beach, plenty of room for all 8 of us. Very clean. No issues with the property. Lots of family activities close by. Would definitely book again.

Steps from the beach

Property is large and roomy. We only stayed two nights while getting our group together for a cruise. A short walk to the beach where you have a great view of cruise ships leaving and entering port and of the rocket launch facilities. We didn't cook so I cant comment on appliances or kitchenware. It was convenient to have use of the garage as we needed to unload and load vehicles a couple times.

Perfect for what we where looking for

From start to finish this place was wonderful. Sharon was so helpful with all my questions before hand we booked this property for two nights prior to leaving for a cruise which was perfect location. I can’t think of anything that they have left out their place is great, and they are great to work with. Place was clean and just what we needed to accommodate our family and friends! Would definitely stay at this property again!

A Great Place to Stay

The property was just as described and very clean! We loved that it was a short walk to the beach, the pier, several restaurants, and mini golf! It was all adults in our group and we had plenty of seating and comfortable beds for everyone! The host, Sharon, was great to work with and was quick to respond, especially when our plans changed and we needed to extend our stay one night! Check-in and check-out procedures were very easy! A great host and a great place to stay; we would stay there again!

Had a great time a short walk from the beack

The location was great! It was on the correct side of the main road so we could load up and walk to the beach from the condo, a short walk that only took a few minutes. The condo itself was clean and spacious. I would certainly look to stay here again for a great Florida getaway.

Two of our favorite places to vacation are on the beaches and Disney World. We purchased this home so we could enjoy both of these great vacation spots. It's the perfect location, 1/2 block to the beach and 45 minute drive to Disney World.

Varför värden valde detta boende

With so many things to do in the area, you will never be bored. Disney World is just 45 minutes away. Charter Fishing boats leave right from Cape Canaveral which is 1/2 mile away. Great restaurants that sit on the water that serve delicious food and live entertainment. The beach access is at the end of our street. The home is located on a very nice and quiet street.

The location of the house is perfect!! It is walking distance to food stores, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, Cocoa Beach Pier, Mini-Golf, Wine and Spirit Stores, Rental Cars, Convenient Stores, Bait and Tackle Shops. The access to the beach is at the end of our street. I love waking up early to head to Disney World and ending the day relaxing at the beach. Quiet mornings drinking coffee on the deck watching the sun rise. Grabbing my book and heading to the beach and watching the kids smiling as they head off to fish.
