Appreciate being so close to everything. Easy ride to Cocoa Beach for fun local shopping. The house was clean. The pool was fabulous! We ate at Playalinda Brewery Company. Strongly suggest going there if you enjoy local craft beer and yummy food. Had a great weekend w friends.

Excellent choice for a private weekend getaway! Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, perfect for R&R, but close to the Merritt Village for a nice dinning experience or drinks. We ordered groceries and food delivery, and everything was delivered promptly and without inconvenience. Will definitely keep in my favorite Vrbo’s list.

The pool was clean and didn’t have a chemical smell. It was nice to keep the car in the garage, safe at night and cool to get into during the day. The house layout was perfect for grandma, grandpa and 3 grandkids. They liked eating out by the pool.

The house had everything we needed. The heated pool was a major plus with small children that wanted to be in the pool constantly. Great location for beaches, Space Center, restaurants, and stores.

This is a clean, comfortable home, in a very quiet neighborhood, thats only minutes from wverything you need or want. I did not have any contact with the host during my stay, but he was great with communications we had leading up to the stay. The only cons I had were in accessibility, the pool and showers, do not have a hand rails.

We enjoyed our stay at the house while visiting the area for softball at the USSSA Space Coast fields. The home was very clean upon our arrival. The beds are comfortable and so is the furniture. The pool is great for a float or swim. The lanai is perfect to eat or unwind with a book. There’s plenty of linens, towels and beach towels too! There were cleaning products available to use through our stay. If back in the area we would certainly rent again.

home was very clean . pool was nice , however the outside area was tired and needed overhaul of new screens and paint. the host was very plesant. it was close to Old Coco Village . 15 minutes to beaches. home supplied chairs and umbrellas. residental area that was tired as well.

Great hosts and property!

The home was easy to locate and ima quiet neighborhood. Home had plenty of linens and towels. Pool was nice and relaxing. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay again if we are in town!

Would recommend this home highly. Centrally located with access to many activities. Pool is great.

Would recommend this home highly. Pool is great and home is centrally located close to shopping and restaurants as well as other towns such as Titusville, Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. Our stay was wonderful.

Beautiful home near the beach!

Just what we needed - we were here to visit/care for family in hospice, and this home fit the bill far better than a hotel room. Quiet neighborhood and close to lots of restaurants and shops.
