A 3,800 sq ft Scottsdale Home with 2 Masters, 3 1/2 baths, newly furnished, private heated pool and spa. Outdoor dining and pool games included. Accommodations for up to 14 people. An ideal family space or low weekday rates for corporate travel. Very close to many golf courses. Minutes to Desert Ridge, and Scottsdale Quarter/Kierland Commons. Equipped kitchen, bar seats 6, table seats 6, dining room seats 8. High-speed internet, 70" Ultra HDTV with cable, foosball table, washer & dryer.

The Space:
All the shopping, restaurants, nightlife, golfing, biking, hiking and major annual events are all only minutes away in the heart of trendy north Scottsdale. Three miles from Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter or Desert Ridge. Close to Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse show, and MLB spring training at Talking Stick and close to Musical Instrument Museum or Sweet Salvage (once a month).

All linens, pillows towels provided for guests. Iron and ironing board, and hairdryers provided.

Family downtime

All positives!! Roomy and comfort are certainly at the top of the list. Absolutely beautiful home that had all the little extras to make it a perfect stay. Only downside was that we only had a week.

Beautiful House

This was my sixth trip visiting Arizona. This house was by far the best I have ever rented. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous outdoor area with grill. Great location and close to so many fun adventures. We did have a few hiccups when we first arrived but Ross the property manager was easy to get ahold of and the issues were taken care of in a prompt manner. If you are traveling with a large family or group, I would definitely recommend you stay at this beautiful rental.

Great North Scottsdale House

Enjoyed six nights over Thanksgiving holiday. The house was a perfect size for our two families totaling 8 people. Two masters for each adult couple.and all the kids got their own bed with the two oldest even getting their own rooms. We made ample use of the kitchen, and it was well appointed. We also loved the pool/spa. The heater works great and fast. Even with the nighttime temps dipping into the upper 40s, the pool was still perfect. Location in a quiet neighborhood was great for us as well.

Great house and location

This house was beautiful -- we had 4 couples and had plenty of space. On the of nicest things (which might seem small) is they had beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. Sometimes you have to purchase all those items.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great time during our family Thanksgiving. The house was spacious, clean, well stocked, and in a good location. The pool and spa were fantastic. Ross was quick to respond and easy to contact. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Loved this rental!

We stayed over our spring break with another family and there was plenty of room. Multiple bedrooms, two masters, private baths, and an amazing outdoor area. Kids were happy with all the fun options. House is well stocked with supplies and linens. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub! Ross is a great Host. You will love this property!

Great spring break!

Perfect home for our spring break desert getaway! House was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Great location and very spacious for spreading our. Kitchen and backyard were perfect for the kids and adults to play cards, eat, a d e joy time together!

Family Getaway

The neighborhood is nice, quiet and well maintained. The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean with many extra amenities that we were not expecting. The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub! The house is perfect for a multi-family get together or reunion. Very nice property—thank you!
