Very accommodating house in a perfect location

Great location for a golf trip

Great house for our buddies golf trip. Lots of beds and entertainment options throughout the property. Kitchen had what we needed and the proximity to the golf courses made for a great central location.

Great Stay!

This house was great! Tons of room and awesome back yard to hang out in the evening! The location is perfect for a golf trip. It allowed us to have many course options without having to drive far. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Holiday

Great stay!

We had a lot of fun in this spacious home. There are 2 living rooms and 2 dining areas which accommodated our family of 14. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and putting green outdoors, and the pool table and other games indoors. Beds were comfortable!

Exceeded expectations

What a great house. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Lots of places to hang out and relax. We loved the pool table, the putting green and the spacious kitchen and living room. Rooms were big and plenty big enough for our group. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Christmas

Had an Amazing time at the property with our large family. Everything went smooth and they were very accommodating with some of our requests. The kids never got bored and spent hours swimming in the heated pool. Definitely plan on recommending to friends and heading back someday.

Something for everyone

A few things our family enjoyed: Pool and hotub! Enjoyed house Olympics with all the activities. ( shuffleboard, football, pool and putting green) Relaxing backyard- resort feel Stocked kitchen with many spices Nice neighborhood for morning walks.

Fun in the sun

This property served as a great spot for our group of 6 guys. We came to Scottsdale to enjoy some golf & a spring training game. Location was good to Mesa - about 20 minutes away from Cubs park. Home was comfortable and provided fun things to do while we hung out like the pool table, table shuffleboard, and of course the pool & jacuzzi. I recommend this property and would stay here on future trips.

Stay with Friends

Stayed with 3 other friends and their sons at the Beverly House for an extended trip including golf and a hockey tournament. The house was perfect. Plenty of room and activities to keep both the parents and boys entertained. Played hours of billiards which was a hit with the boys. Hot tub was great and pool was heated to a perfect temp for January. Location was also great. Would definitely recommend.

We live in Seattle, but love Scottsdale so much we decided to buy a place there. We personally visit several times each year.

North Scottsdale is central to everything great about the area including Golf, Shopping/Dining, Night Life, and Spring Training. It's close enough to Old Town (about 10 miles), but North Scottsdale is absolutely the best place to be.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We went out of our way to purchase all new furniture, beds and amenities for the house which has also been remodeled. We installed a putting green along with a new heated pool and hot tub. All the large smart TV's are also new. The house is perfect for families and we enjoy visiting ourselves with many family and friends.
