Annual Guys Golf Trip

Eight of us came down for a week of golf. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was comfortable and well-suited for eight. There are 3 bathrooms and enough beds that we all had our own bed. There were several TVs including one one the patio-nice touch. We did not heat the pool, but found the hot tub was very soothing after day of golf.

Most was good. Hot tub only worked half the time and the neighbor has a rooster. I believe the barbecue and propane should be included with the place.

Nice house in convenient location

My sisters and I stayed here for a few nights. The home and property are exactly as described. We were happy with the layout and number of bedrooms and beds. The backyard is lovely with orange trees that were producing delicious oranges. On the negative side, there is rooster that lives next door (as in 20 ft from the master bed) and woke us up every morning with the sunrise. It cawed all day long.

Great place for a large group.

This is a great place for a large group. We had the family down for a warm Thanksgiving. The pool was great--kids loved it! November is cooler at night, so we were glad we paid to heat the pool. Plenty of beds for a close-knit group. The Garage room is comfortable but be informed it is a garage with a working overhead garage door (with it's own heat/cooling unit--comfort was good). Internet was peckish at times--so be aware if you simply must do work while visiting. We had to reset it once, but it came back up quickly. The great room/kitchen area was terrific for all being together. Like most rental properties there was some minor wear and tear, but the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and needed utensils essential for feeding a large group. The backyard is private and very pleasant. The only reason I didn't rate the area a five was just that there aren't any trails nearby for walking. (It is a nice residential area though, so walking is an option on residential streets.) Good access to a grocery store and shops nearby (walkable if you want to but along some busier streets if you get out of the immediate neighborhood), and easy to get to the highway system when needed. Owners were good about timely responses to questions and requests. We enjoyed our stay.

Boys Weekend

Location is excellent. 20minutes to most places.Spacious and kitchen amenities are plentiful (plates cups, 2nd beverage fridge). Lots of rooms and beds. And TV’s in every room! Lots of towels.Would be great if there was one more bathroom for larger groups. Otherwise a perfect place to hang out.

Perfect for our Men’s golf trip

Great location for a Golf Trip, all the best courses are close and easy to get too. The accommodations were excellent, with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, ROKU TV, and nice outdoor space. We didn’t use the pool but the hot tub was great for sore muscles after golf. I would definitely recommend this rental for anyone looking to travel to Scottsdale.

My sister's and I get away every year for a sisters week where we just hang out and play games, etc. this place fit the criteria that each sister put in as for choosing a place to stay. Clean, quiet neighborhood, near stores and plenty of room.

Amazing Home & Perfect Location

Beautiful home! We were moving our daughter and her family back to Colorado and wanted a place close to her apartment! The owners were very helpful and answered all of our questions. The home has so many rooms and was clean. We spent every afternoon and evening in the backyard enjoying the pool and time with our family! I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Scottsdale area! I rank this home a 10++!

Perfect Dream Home Away From Home

This property was absolutely beautiful and comfortable! We had family and friends all in one house because of the size of the home and having multiple beds in each room. Everyone enjoyed all the amenities in the backyard and we felt so safe in this nice/quiet neighborhood. Groceries were only a couple blocks away and kitchen had more dishes and cookware than most rentals. Owner was so responsive before and during the stay, would highly recommend this home to anyone

Overall the home was as advertised and met our needs very well. We had an issue with the dishwasher not working and was not fixed until a day before our departure date. Some suggestions to improve the facilty would be good to have some umbrellas for around the pool during the hot sunny afternoons, adding a gauge to the bbq propane tank to know how much propane was left.

House is perfect for our anual golf trip for 8 guys. Lots of room and lots of beds. Was clean and well kept. Only thing missing was a lockable closet for Mitch when he's had too many martinis.

Overall be home is nice. But, it doesn’t appear the owner checks in on the home on a regular basis. The management company pretty much takes care of the home. The home must have been left empty for days or weeks to allow mold to grow in the dishwasher and the bathrooms. There was also cockroaches that were dead behind furniture. There were not enough towels for the entire family to use for both bath and the pool. For the money spent it was a little disappointing. Overall location is great close to stores shopping etc.

“Nasty”

…is what the pool maintenance fellow called the pool while treating it and advising us to not use it that day (so couldn’t use for first 2 days) as it was completely disgusting, dirty and discoloured. TVs in various rooms and outside didn’t work. Only few channels on main TV worked. Sheets were wet on beds, pool table pockets were broken (balls would fall right through), hot tub was cold on arrival (but worked next day). Smelly garbage stayed out on foot of driveway entire stay. Dirty toilets. Rude owner who called our friend a ‘Karen’ when he expressed our concerns. Totally unapologetic and un empathetic. There was another post by a lady which we read that echoed our experience, in which she advised to stay away from this place…I would 100% agree. Should have heeded her advice but booked a bit in haste to ensure we had a place. Awful experience with house and owner. We tried to spend as much time out of the house as possible, which was not our original plan…being on a guys trip. Steer clear, god forbid anything goes wrong and you have to deal with the owner.
